@@FrenchRelationshipExpert Alex, I wish I had stumbled on your video so that I can set boundaries in my r/ship. The most painful thing is he said he was going through a lot but refused talking to me about it. He ends our conversation with "I love you more" which he doesn't show.
I think at this stage I need to get my emotions and sanity back cuz I gave in so much. "If" he comes back, I'll weigh the options and set a boundaries between us, but I'm not sure I need to wait for a welcome back. I don't need my emotions tempered with nor been disrespected, rather I'll channel the energy to building a good and happy life loving myself and treating myself as the queen i am.

After a while he cooled off by calling less. So I took his que and when he did call, I answered his calls less! He then started complaining that I must have someone new and then went back to his normal routine of calling 😳😳
Okay currently in long distance he been texting me once a month, no reciprocal birthday gift, I just finally blocked him.
Some of these toxic men will give excuses on why they leave. If it’s not “we’re just not a good match”, “trust”, or something else run. A lot of the times they can’t keep their stories straight. They’re all over the place.
And if a man comes back, DONT GIVE HIM SEX! Take things slow! See how he reacts and if he becomes hot and cold again. Give it months! You might be right, that men like to chase. But women are not biologically built like that. Women need safety in a relationship, they can't pretend to not care about someone in order to make him chase and simultanously "give him all". Women need commitment to open up fully, being stuck in the courtship/chasing phase does not work long term. If a man doesn't fully commit a woman cannot fully be in a relationship. It's biologically the way humans are wired.
I do not know how to pretend...If I am sad or upset or angry, I say I am. Some men feel it is 'not being nice' asking them questions about their actions/ in action that made you feel sad or upset or angry.

just wanted to ask for an opinion guys. my ex and i broke up last week and we have no contact since. in my last message i told him that if he is not comfortable with us following each other on instagram he can unfollow me, but until now he is still following me. we still have no contact though -i dont like his post and i dont even view his stories. my question is, him viewing my stories - is this still considered no contact? or its really better if i just disappear in his life by unfollowing him and vice versa?
I'm going through the same thing, but what I did is I completely force myself to stop going through social media. Deleted all the apps that were too accessible for me to check on him. He didn't think of me anyway. I guess I have to deal with a lot of thought stopping and self control. If your actions do not bring peace in your life, you're not making the right decision .
