I have a 69 800 set up with all the preferences suggested here in this video and It's a great vehicle. I have a powrlok front and a aussie lunchbox in the rear. I like it. The Aussie is a little loud and clicky in a parking lot. However, for wheeling once you've had a locker it's tough to go back. I daily drive it. I have 3:73 and 33's with the diesel it's geared a little low, but fine for easing around the country here. It's winter here and I don't drive it once the first salt hits the road. Only thing that bothers me a little is I still have lock-o-matic hubs in the front. I'd like manuals. 69-800, SII axles, T-19C, D300, Power steering, Power brakes, ISUZU 4BD1-T, 3:73 and 33's.
Great solid information based off of fixing the screw-ups ! That is what the SCOUT community needs.

Sounds great to me!
A lunchbox locker and some all terrains will get you 90% of the way.
