Bitwise Shift

If police forces would hire werewolves, that would solve so many problems. They wouldn't need to have K-9 units anymore, as the wolf-cops could smell things just as well, also they wouldn't need sirens anymore. Just have the new guy howl out the window.
Of course, it might be problematic as werewolves have limited working hours.
