Detailed, sharp images and recording seems better than what you'd normally expect on a lower tier mid ranger. The colors pop too but never look exaggerated. Very good phone and apart from that missing headphone jack, it's hard to come up with any weaknesses.

@@AlexiaVon bruh burn in is not the manufacturer's fault. it'd the consumer themselves that use very high brightness or static image for a very long period of time. i have used amoled for many years now without any burn in issue.
I have the xiaomi mi 11 lite 5g and I have to say it's miles better than my old redmi note 8t great camera, so much quicker and better processer, great value and great specs and Ive had it since January and hasn't missed a beat. What a great all rounder.

The mi 11 lite has more features and better speakers for half the price - I sent the S21 back today, and now I don't expect to be impressed by the A52. For me the pros of the Mi 11 lite over A52 are: lightweight and free & ad-free Mi Music (like free subscription to YT music).

I got this as an upgrade for my samsung A5 2017.. and wow it's fast. But preferred the size of the smaller samung initially. After a couple of weeks usage i start to appreciate it more and more. The big screen and speed are nice 🙂. So far nog issues except maybe for it making small vibrations randomly it seems. Like when i pick it up it buzzez shortly. Perhaps i should see if it remains with fingerprint unlocking disabled.
Xiaomi made the mistake of not including a 6000mAh battery, meanwhile the cheaper Poco M3 has it. Apparently a 200g phone is horrendously heavy to use, so gym visits would be required to hold such an incredibly heavy device.
I got to tell you you hit the nail on the head when I was looking at that phone was thinking about getting it then I took a second look and said it kind of looks like some outdated kitchen counter tops so my second thought ruled and I passed... Was funny I was thinking that same thing when you were doing the review and you said it.
Interesting and entertaining review as ever. It seems as though the NE version is a pretty competent mid range all rounder. When your review spends more time complaining about the colour options it suggests that there's not much difference between this and the previous version. My Poco F3 is more than adequate for my needs and until something pretty special comes along I'm unlikely to upgrade. Sadly (actually rather good for my bank balance) this isn't it. The bigger issue though is going to come down to security & OS upgrades. Xiaomi are improving but they put out so many different phones each year that upgrades can become a little hit & miss. By early to mid 2023 I feel that I will need to change my F3 for something newer.

I bought this phone largely based on this review and other Tech Spurt videos comparing it to other products. Here are my initial impressions . . . The phone came without the tool to remove the sim card tray. I used a paperclip which worked fine - but I was surprised and disappointed by the omission. Additionally, no screen protector was included, although this may have been pre-installed, indicated by a slight bevel at the screen edge. My main reasons for getting it are because it's very slim, light and has a decent camera. These 'pluses' are really good - very impressive. In his review, Tech Spurt criticises the lack of a headphone jack, but it comes with an adaptor - and a pair of headphones which I wasn't expecting. So, no big deal, IMO. Prices vary - so shop around - and be wary of many iffy sites offering cheap deals. I paid £250 for the steely blue version from Amazon and am very happy with my purchase - thank you Tech Spurt!

Does anyone know if the xiaomi mi online store UK is trustworthy enough? Advance information I ran a geekbench on the 5G version not Ne and it destroys the Samsung S20 Snapdragon version in CPU specs but the GPU is stronger then the Snapdragon 855 which is in the Samsung S10 so around the specs of a Snapdragon 855+ on the GPU The NE will be weaker then this but it's for you to think wether better performance is good for you or reliability on support
Usually 2 Android versions and 3 yrs security. That's what I experienced with my Mi 9T, with Android 9 out of the box and now on 11. Security updates is once every 3 months though
Had the phone about a week and its ticked all the boxes... except one, the camera. Has anyone had issues with the focus/ softening of photos - in particular indoors? I've made sure AI is off and beautify is off but photos still dont look that sharp.
how is the volume when you use the usb-c to jack adapter and a normal headphone? cant it go loud? for example my samsung has a jack port, and the jack port has the proper volume, the usb-c+adapter does not. im concerned because Xiaomi has only a usb-c port.
Weird question. Depends on what you prefer.. Maximum performance for little money? Then the poco is for you. If display, battery, updates, camera ect is very important for you than something else (like xiaomi 11t) would be better
Mi 10T is actually a good choice too, with higher performance and better display. Seen some good condition used ones selling for about the same price as a new X3 Pro.
My unit's display failed within 15 days of usage. Customer service response is so cold. For today it's been 20 days, my device is still in the service centre

The fingerprint makes it buzz. If it doesn't read the fingerprint correctly or it's not a registered fingerprint it will buzz

Does this phone work with Android Auto? Any issues? There are some reports online that only 'Global Edition' works with Android Auto.

I bought this 11 lite 5G NE yesterday and I am having a problem connecting with my laptop. it is either not detected or not proper connection. charging fine. playing music fine. Know why? Should I need to install driver manually ?
