Read the instructions. It looks like he has the Jorking brand like mine. Separate handle from spin scrubber and you will see where to charge.

Ive had a cheap one for 3 years now things are amazing ! I ended up going with a larger one made by hart, they also have a min hand held advertised for kitchen use. I now have both and made my day to day soooo much better lol.
