I think she cried because everything went fine after the event happened minutes before. A stage invader jumped onto the stage, and her performance had to be stopped. Once the situation was under control, she had to start again.

She didn't care at all, that's the statement she did afterwards. I live in Sweden. I too wondered what happened when I was watching it, and the music just stopped. First thought, that was a weird ending.
It could be that, but I don´t think she is crying because of that. Loreen just puts all her heart and soul into her performances, and that can make you feel things so intensely it makes you cry. And it is why we as the audience feel emotional watching her too, because we feel her energy. The best performers (dancers or singers) have that ability, to tap into their emotions completely during their performances😍

If they publish the video without pauses there is big risk for copy right problems with a new and popular song like this. :)
