Do you think Cloud solutions will over take NetBackup ,commvault, Avamar etc ..

Hybrid is the way going forward. And for the workloads in cloud they still need to be backed up. As an admin they want single pane of glass regardless where it resides. Simple answer is no but yes there will be more cloud based options from each vendor.
