Thanks for your honest review.😊 I've tried so many hair products and the one that I swear by right now is "Aussie" the apricot and macadamia oil line. It moisturizes my 4c hair so well and the price is great!
I'm surprised people think it's suppose to be moisturizing it has salicylic acid which acne lovers love. I actually love when shampoo makes my hair dry.
Great video! Thank you for posting 🧼🛁 can’t wait to try mine, just bought this yesterday. I’ve been looking for a good clarifying shampoo, sounds like this will be the one ☝🏾
Thanks for the review and confirmation about how I feel about this product! This is a CLARIFYING shampoo even if it doesn't say it is. My bleached hair was clumped after using this. I think this is great for like once a month to clarify and get rid of silicone build up or whatever. Definitely not a weekly shampoo if you want to keep your hair in your head! Thanks again for the video and your insights!
My pleasure! I'm happy to share with everyone. Thank you for also sharing your experience and input! I agree with not using this shampoo often (unless it works well for someone 😅)
@@kahtyahenderson5636 Thanks! I'll try it out. I bought Herbal Essences rose hips shampoo a few days ago to try out since I've also heard good things about it. My wash day is tomorrow, so I'll eventually test out both! 🌼
I actually just used it and i liked it. It didn't strip my hair at all and the conditioner was also moisturizing (while i was using it) once it dried that's a different story. Lol
@@Thehouseoftatum I'm glad the products worked for you!! I have yet to try the conditioner myself. LOL at it being a different story when your hair dried... I wonder why that is 🤔maybe you need to compensate with the kind of products you use after the wash?
Girrrllll... I just bought this for my locs - but I hit that subscribe button cause you remind me of me. That'a all it takes haha Great Video! Welp.. guess I'm bout to go knowingly strip tf outta my hair now lmao
I agree with so much of this review. How on earth, they could add 'moisturising' to the description, is beyond me. The nozzel attachment, and the 'moisturiserisng' blurb attracted me to this product, but this is definitely a VERY drying shampoo, and I'm so grateful that I had a moisturising mask handy, to add much needed moisture to my hair. Additionally, although I like the nozzle, I can't help feeling, that the makers of this product, are ripping off consumers, by essentially producing a very watered-down shampoo, and placing it in a fairly standard sized shampoo bottle (I'll have to check some of my other shampoos, but I definitely feel that more product should have been available in the bottle, to make up for what is essentially a VERY liquid product). In 2 minds as to whether I would purchase this product again, but at the moment is probably a no. My hair was SO stripped (bearing in mind, my hair type is much curlier in comparison to yours), and I didn't really like the way it made my hair feel. I know this is a late comment, but I've only just come across & used this product in 2023.
Thank you for sharing your experience. There were definitely some attractive parts about this shampoo... up until actually trying it lol having a nozzle tip is usually a nice idea for applying hair products but if it's too watery or too thick, it doesn't make the application process any easier. Like you, I probably won't be purchasing again. Good thing you had a mask to replenish your strands with moisture!
I'm sure it would have helped (I actually am going to be trying out the conditioner soon since so many people are recommending it) but I would like to prevent getting to the level of dryness overall.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one going through this. That shampoo made my hair dry as hell and I'm relaxed! I used it twice. The first time, I thought, maybe it's because I'm relaxed. I waited until I had new growth and tried it again. Oh no honey!!! Issa mess. I think they should have stated that this is a clarifying shampoo and that it's really marketed for ppl with more oily hair and scalp (Caucasian). I don't know what to do with the bottle as I have almost a full container. CD just came out with a conditioner for it that's mostly glycerin but I'm scared to buy it due to the disappointment of the shampoo. Maybe I'll use it to wash the oil off the concrete floor in my garage.
you're definitely not the only one! It feels like a super drying, clarifying shampoo but you're right about it possibly working better for other hair types. LOL at you planning to use the rest of the shampoo on your garage floor... I guess you have to put it to use somehow 🤷🏾
This is a great shampoo, it does not foam coz it is a very good shampoo. Just tried it today, very fresh, clean and thick feeling.

Oddly enough Aussie does a lot for my hair too!
@@Inamichan I was surprised too! Especially for it to be so inexpensive and work so well on my 4c hair.
Thank you! This is the best information ive seen on this product so far.

ive been using this for months wondering why my hair feels so brittle and why i was losing so much! 🤕
Your intro was so cute! Loved your review I actually have a bottle of this myself and today is wash day so we’ll see how it goes!
thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed this review 😊I hope it works well for you! Feel free to share your experience with the shampoo.

This shampoo made my hair hard and it got stringy and tangled. Ugh. I'll have to throw it out and try something else.
Oh no 😬 it's definitely not for everyone but I hope you find something that works well for your hair!
Yeah, this shampoo dries out my hair too. I'm currently looking for a more moisturizing shampoo.
Camille rose have a good moisturizing shampoo the sweet ginger.

omg yes I loveeee that Camille Rose ginger shampoo! it's very moisturizing and feels bomb on the hair.
@@DrusillaShay which one of their conditioners would you recommend

I didn’t even know I had curls until I used the conditioner
I felt like that as well..it was more as clarifying shampoo instead of moisture..It was dry but it did make your hair feel clean
Love the glasses, you're gorgeous and funny girl! Nice review. That's a lot of product used from 1 wash haha.
aww thank you so much 😁 also yes, lots of product used lol

Np!
The conditioner for the wash day delight is amazing tho!!! Shampoo is a heck no. Conditioner is a heck yes.
I gotta try!!

I just bought this product about to take it back to the store TOMORROW
Same results it took almost a month to get my hair back moisturized.
I see you with the Word of the Lord 👀👀👀
You already know 🙌🏾 gotta do it as an ambassador for Christ! 🙏🏾
@@DrusillaShay We love to see it 👀❤️🙏🏾
Girl ! You used HALF the damn bottle! It's ALL on YOU!
literally half the bottle and didn't activate the suds correctly til after the fact lmao
I HATED this shampoo!!! It felt toooooo drying!!!
Hmmm
I wonder if I dilute it with aloe vera juice or rose water will it be less stripping?
Maybe a little really does go a long way
I think that's worth a try, since aloe vera is moisturizing!
A little does go a long way. I used the product and I didn’t use half of the shampoo. I had a great experience with it. 🥰
I used thd rose water one and it was amazing
I've been hearing good things about that one. I'll have to give it a try!
Your hair😍✨
Subbed and liked! Hope you're staying safe and well.
Thank you! I really appreciate your support 🙏🏾 God bless you and be well 💕
Did you get the conditioner
