The Hardest Decision I've Ever Made

  • Around 9 months ago I was faced with the extremely difficult decision of whether or not I should remain at my old company, or to leave everything behind and start from fresh. This was a huge career shift and was by far one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make.
    After making this decision I was forced to overcome my fear of the camera, a fear which had previously been one of my biggest setbacks to making progress within my career. This ultimately lead to a great deal of success and has lead to me being a much happier and more content individual.

    *Personal Testimony working with Mike Thurston*
    I have recently ended the online coaching program with Mike, and I can unequivocally testify that he is by far the perfect person to have as a coach and trainer. I had been watching his UA-cam videos since he had 40k subscribers, and during that time I had been doing a generic program (chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders, legs, and arms). I saw results in the beginning but reached a plateau and did not know what to do. This is because now I know generic programs are not designed to help you whenever you do reach a plateau. Before purchasing the online coaching program, like most of you, I had my reasons not to, including the fact I had never met him before. Looking back now, all I can say is I am glad I bought the program. Mike’s greatest strengths are: knowledge, flexibility, and honesty. As far as his knowledge goes, I believe his UA-cam videos and high-quality content are good indicators of how knowledgeable he is in this industry. As for flexibility, Mike is able to work around your schedule in terms of the 1-on-1 weekly video skype calls and eating habits. If you are a picky eater, such as myself, this is not a challenge for him, as he will work around it. The best thing is, he does *NOT* require you to eat chicken and broccoli every day like other trainers may have you do. Lastly, his honesty. Mike will not sugarcoat anything for you nor will he say something without having backed up research or personal experience. As someone who has constantly tried P90X, Insanity, and other generic programs out there, having someone such as Mike, is definitely worth it. My physique has changed dramatically, and I am extremely pleased with the way I look. One thing Mike ensures once you decide to end the program, is that you are confident enough to have some direction and knowledge on how to live a better lifestyle. As for my future plans, I will continue to work with Mike and have him as a coach and personal trainer.
    *Mike, if you are reading this, thank you so much!*

      How low you are. It doesn't matter what a person do to his life. If he helps and supports people by motivating them or provide his assistance for personal training or nutrition etc he has the respect. And so far Mike is by far the best to that. We don't care what people do to their personal lives or how they get there. Stop these self-conscious things.

      was kind of relating to connor murphy whose videos i once enjoyed but now the channel is just of stripping in public not much informative content on his channel, those kind of videos are okay once in a while but every now and then his uploads consists of the same thing, which clearly indicates he is just addicted to making viral videos for fame

    • @elfofdeath1
      @elfofdeath1 5 років тому

      Mate he was obviously not a natural if he became a shaky stuttering version of himself when the camera was pointed on him. Did you listen what he said? He pointed that camera on himself every single day till a point where he looked like a natural. That's called persistence.

    Mike..I am a newbie to your UA-cam channel..but I have to say it is by far the BEST fitness channel I have seen. This video is awesome. And your English is fantastic..you do not speak like a chav like other trainers. No slang, no ghetto-speech...just nice, straight, queens english. Your knowledge and your honesty is brilliant. No junk, no trash, NO WAFFLE, and no clickbait...just straight to the point, and nice short videos. I’m glad I subscribed. Top man!
