Alex Chilton - Feudalist Tarts (1985) [Complete LP]

Alex Chilton was a well known artist on the Memphis, Tennessee music scene. He had been in The Box Tops (the band had a hit with The Letter) and Big Star as well has having a solo career.
He recorded this album on 5 April 1985 at Ardent Studios (now demolished) in Memphis, Tennessee.

Thanks for posting. I was one of those elementary school kids in the 1960's who was a big fan of The Box Tops, then, two decades later, discovered the Big Star albums and Alex Chilton's later solo records. Love all of them, and Alex' identity as the still unequalled King Of Covers. Sorry I never saw Alex in concert; he knew a gazillion songs and was an underrated guitarist.

Saw Alex at the cabaret Metro in Chicago back in the 80s. This album was going around at the time. Wonderful evening.
