INGREDIENTS 🔻: (20-22 cm mould)
• 240 g of crushed biscuits
• 100 g of melted butter
• 40 ml of coffee
For the cream:
• 50 g of sugar (3 tablespoons)
• 40 g corn starch (3 tablespoons)
• 20 g of bitter cocoa (2 tablespoons)
• 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
• 500 ml of milk (2 cups)
• 200 ml of already sweetened whipping cream (3/4 cups)
• 100 g of dark chocolate
Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.

INGREDIENTI 🔻: (stampo da 20-22 cm )
• 240 g di biscotti tritate
• 100 g di burro fuso
• 40 ml di caffè
Per la crema:
• 50 g di zucchero (3 cucchiai )
• 40 g amido di mais ( 3 cucchiai)
• 20 g di cacao amaro ( 2 cucchiai )
• 1 cucchiaio di caffè solubile
• 500 ml di latte ( 2 tazze)
• 200 ml di panna da montare già zuccherata( 3/4 tazze )
• 100 g di cioccolato fondente
Mettere in frigo per almeno 5 ore , meglio tutta la notte .
