Link to Care: Patient Portals

Team Soapbox works with the Community Health Plan of Washington to support the Link to Care Washington program, which supports low-income and limited English patients in accessing health care resources, building digital literacy skills, and accessing technology. We have created several informational videos to enhance Link to Care's online digital help library that teaches technology skills and helps patients navigate to health and other resources.
