      ⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠@@marchernandez9271 new songs and charts are made with the idea that the players will use the bar, making them with a much higher degree of difficulty and intensity than in your days. Saying you don’t build stamina or endurance using the bar is the dumbest thing ever, since you are still using your leg + core + arm muscles AND the increase in intensity and speed more than makes up for it. All official competitions allow and encourage the use of the bar (there is a reason “old school” is a category). All current top players use it for a reason dude. You either keep up with the times or hold on to stupid ideas without any progress. Accept that or else just go to bed grandpa lol
