Not only is this a good song, but this video has a deep meaning. Life will seem easy at first. There are many resources/lifelines you will find, but you will realize that maybe not all of those can help you with everything you want, or you are met with a challenge that you've never seen before. You accept the challenge, and you won't always win the battle. The demon in the video could also represent your inner demons. As life goes on, you will find that the biggest enemy you face is yourself. The cycle goes on, and on, and on and on and on. You fight your obstacles or inner demons, you fail. You try again, you fail again. You'll feel that all hope is lost, but you must pick yourself up and make sacrifices. You may have to many times, but so what? Eventually, it will all be worth something. That's when you beat your obstacles or inner demons. But don't be phased or think you have won. Obstacles & inner demons will come in many different ways, shapes & forms, and you must not give up, no matter how hard it may be, you're always worth something. It's okay if you don't know at first, but it's not okay to never know. Keep fighting; your greatest treasures are yet to be claimed.

After hearing the unofficial version of this song, i’ve been waiting for Illenium to drop this masterpiece. This is already on my top 5 list of Illenium’s music.
I hope Illenium doesn’t give up on the melodic bass genre. He does it so Amazingly well! Take you down gives me utter chills every single time! And this one is so good too. His newer hard metal stuff has its place, and I don’t mind it, but I can’t listen to it over and over and over again like I do the melodic bass that he does so freakin’ well!!

Idk about others but to me this is the most ILLENIUM song ever made by ILLENIUM 🔥. I feel like this one has almost all of ILLENIUM'S signature sounds since 2016 until now (notably the signature Awake era snares, Fallen Embers style Rock influence and Ashes style songwriting) and truly defines his story in around 4 and a half minutes
