Elegant rules, ka pai. Definitely have to try this out. I came across this because I've been mucking around with a TTRPG rule set that uses cards instead of dice and I was doing some research. I really appreciate the way you've crafted this considering I see design challenges you've solved that I've been banging my head against. And the movement mechanic is genius!
Sounds like this is an NZ developed game, from the voice over at least. Couldn’t get a copy from anyone in the South Pacific, so had to order a copy from Germany! Looking forward to it arriving. Hopefully enough time to print and paint some minis!
I really enjoy Tribal. I think it has one of the most innovative game mechanics in recent years. I especially like how dynamic the combat feels, compared to most systems with just pure dice combat. Is there any way to buy the 2nd edition rules in PDF format? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
This looks awesome! If I may ask, what are the miniatures you’re using? Also I saw there are supplement books for the first edition, will these be updated?

Seems to be really simple, fun and climatic! Definitely underrated, gonna order your rulebook soon

Seems very complicated?
1x1' or 2x2' surface?
So this is basically a card game with miniatures for decoration.
Yeah, but in the same way that most miniature games are basically dice games with miniatures for decoration.
