What size is your devil forge and what size is that larger crucible? I thought I had a buyer for a killer deal in gina but it fell through and USAA is dealing with that now, SO I AM building my own and want to make sure I have my measurements down.
To be honest, i wouldn't expect to be able to use two very different sized crucibles with the same tongs, nor would I want to. I don't think the amount of time/money/materials saved from not having a second larger pair is worth the risk of what would happen if you dumped a crucible full of 2,000'f metal onto the floor.

Just bend the grip and the clearance ist good. And elongate them Not to burn your fingers
