Thank you for your video, very useful as a newbie to this platform. I tried to do the form but it says a project generator is required so I cannot save it. I have already selected the project generator for the known target but there is no option for a generator in the unknown target. Please could you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Hi and thanks so much! Really glad you found it helpful! Part 2 is coming soon, so keep an eye out. In SuiteDash, projects can only be assigned to Clients (not to Leads or Prospects). Your kickoff form has to have the role set to Client in order to assign a project generator to an unknown contact. Hope that helps!
