Be an aquatic creature, pick a medium or large creature, grow it to adult or elder then go on a mass m-rd-r by darting and grabbing any adult/elder fliers from the sky or even at land, just be careful if you try to get creatures on land
The problem with this method is that you will storm artifacts more likely, it took me 6-8 tries to get one sea artifact. And i got 4 storm artifacts throughout the way, but hey atleast i got glimmer twice on mine zheji

You can kill any other adult creatures too! But i recommend the flying ones and maybe small adult aquatics

Pick arrainoa grow it to elder and start kiling EVERYTHING you see even EGION and MAGNACETUS GO TO RAMPAGE and you will get it :D

Another smart idea:grow a zhelijin to elder like the video and kill a any tier 3 medium creature aquatic and do the same u will get it

Zheli doesnt work,it counts as a glider so youll get storm artifacts,and you cant log for artfacts anymore
