This is great! I wish I had this when I had my left messes up after my coma. You do much better than I did when I could only cook one handed. Haha!

great, opening jars and tubs, i trap the jar in a draw and push my hip on the draw to grip it, even easy open pull lids are easier in the draw. i trap an orange in the draw and score it with a knife then its easier to peel.even one cut into the peel makes it esier to peel. using a draw makes opening milk easier, buttering bread with one hand is hard.... more like thick slices of butter. hope your recovery is swift. best wishes and thanks, pasta for lunch!
