I got the same bag! Same color! I also love the design, but i honestly regret buying this🙄 i should have bought fendi peakaboo mini. It’s also understated but quality is way better

I'm thinking about getting this on Vestiaire Collective. They seem to be selling around $2300 on there. I think $2100-$2500 is much more appropriate than the now $3500...

BV has serious quality control issues. Bought, returned, repurchased multiple times online and each time the bag had flaws. I gave up and just accepted this is how it is lol. My bags had visible glue stains in the top right or left corners. So annoying!! How can this bag be worth 4650+tax CAD and now be perfect?!
Omg I’m so sorry to hear that!! Very interesting that you had the same issue with the glue…I hope they get that fixed soon. You shouldn’t have to settle for a bag that’s less than perfect! At least it still looks cute 😂😉 I hope it serves you well!
Same thing happened to me. I have a visible stitch and some marked leather. When I went to my local store they gave me one to exchange that had even more issues huge dents. I was like you got to be kidding.
I have this in the black and love it. Comfy and good for me with kids. I’m sorry Your seller wasn’t great. I did buy at flagship in NYC.

I’ve purchased several Bottega bags and flaws and signs of production have been visible on 100% of them. I like a new bag to be close to perfect so it’s been hard for me to accept.
Ugh I’m sorry to hear that but it’s comforting to know I’m not alone! I’m the same, I think something that expensive should be near perfection! I hope to give them another chance if they improve their quality in the future 🤍

Hi! Yes, my bag had Bottega Veneta inscribed on the lock.
@@LuxebyDali It is on the very lock that fastens the inner pocket? .. To which a leather loop is sewn .
I’m not sure which part of the bag you are talking about, but the name only appears on the triangle buckle, the clasp and then is imprinted on the inner pocket. Hope this helps ☺️
If u got it from nordstrom its probably a returned item. DO NOT purchase luxury items from Nordstrom. They are the worst! I hope your returned the bag
Thank you for the tip! This was my first luxury purchase from Nordstrom and it definitely wasn’t a great experience. They were very slow with my refund as well after I sent the bag back :/

I ended up exchanging. I loved the style but it was just too small on the inside 🥲

I do think you have a defective bag... I would've taken that straight back to the store. I've watched many reviews now and haven't seen these quality issues.
