trinity is false teaching....Mark 12:29-30 which is Deuteronomy 6:4 kjv. There is only ONE God and Christ is Anointed, that is what Christ means!!!!! Christ died!!!! He even tells us he died and God raised him! God gave him all power and authority....nobody give God power or authority, God is Power and Authority! You have the same bible I have.....why not read it! Peace!
Although this had little to do with this day's devotions I will let scripture speak for itself. I will use KJV since that seems to be your preference and the truth found in Holy Scripture primarily focusing on the relationship between the Father and the Son. God is One "Hear, O Israel: The Lord, our God, is one Lord" Deuteronomy 6:4 "There is none other God but one." 1 Corinthians 8:4 "But to us there is but one God,' 1 Corinthians 8:6 "You shall have no other gods before me" Exodus 20:3 "And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel: The Lord, our God is one Lord. And thou shalt love the Lord, thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind and with all thy strength." Mark 12:29,30 You are correct in that Holy Scripture most earnestly inculcates the doctrine of God's unity. However Scripture also says at the same time that the one God is the Holy Trinity. When Christ sent forth His disciples to teach all nations, He expressly commanded them to baptize "in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost" Matthew 28:19 Focusing on Jesus as true God we see... "Whoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father." 1 John 2:23 "He that hath not the Son hath not life." 1 John 5:12 "All men should honor the son even as they honor the Father. He that honoreth not the Son honoreth not the Father which hath sent Him." John 5:23 Talking about Jesus the book of Colossians says "In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge" Colossians 2:3 "In Him [Christ] dwells all the fulness of the Godhead bodily" Colossians 2:9 Holy Scripture also teaches that the 3 Persons of the Godhead have one and the same essence with all its attributes numerically. "I and my Father are one" John 10:30 "My Father worth hitherto, and I work" John 5:17 "The Son can do nothing of Himself but what He seeth the Father do; for what things soever He doth, these also doth the Son likewise" John 5:19 "If I do not the works of My Father, believe Me not." John 10:37 The Scriptural doctrine of the Holy Trinity is absolutely incomprehensible to the human mind, therefore we profess as scripture professes: one undivided and indivisible God, so that each Person is the entire God; and yet three really distinct Persons. This truth is beyond reason, for according to reason the Unity annuls the Trinity and that Trinity the Unity. In other words, human reason must assume either one God or three Gods. It cannot reconcile the Unity with Trinity nor Trinity with Unity. Consequently all errorists on this point have denied either the Unity or the Trinity. In this case you deny the Trinity. Maybe reason is your god?
@@trinitylutherangardencity5421 You obviously don't understand why "Father, Son and Holy Ghost" The Father is God....God is the Holy Spirit and God provided his Lamb. What is the Lamb? The New Covenant, we see it in Matthew 26 kjv. John 14:6 kjv. It does not mean Jesus is God, simply means we pray to God in the Name of Jesus which is the sacrifice for sin.
