- ♥ In today's video, I go to my hairdresser to dye and trim my pixie cut as it grows out. The long-term plan is to let it grow longer, but I will enjoy the process and try some different looks on the way there, so to speak. I'm not in a rush at all. :)

Growing out shaved sides is so hard....at least for me it is. LOL. I've tried 3 times to grow my sides/back. It gets into a high stack diagonal forward and I cant take it anymore and have to shave the sides again. I've grown so accustomed to not spending time on my hair that I cant stand spending 10 minutes in the morning fixing it when its longer.
Your haircut is SUPER cute. Your stylist did a great job of blending the sides along with toning you to an even color!!!
When you were getting your hair done, I kept rewinding it because I couldn’t understand what you were saying, then I figured out you weren’t even speaking English 😂. Love the hair though, you look gorgeous, as always🥰❤️

When the hair stylist brought you the coffee, I kept rewinding to see if you said "Tack", and to see what she replied with, but I couldn't tell. As you might remember from our emails, I am learning Swedish with Duolingo. I still couldn't figure out if you said " Tack" and what she said. Lol.

When I grew out my pixie cut, I did the same! Through every different phase, I would change it. Then I had the dreaded 'mullet', but I rocked that, too! Looking forward to seeing your journey. :)

ii can't wait to see all the fun you have with your hair as it grows longer, i really think a bob cut would look cool on you. i grew out my hair from about 6mm all over to shoulder length in the last 15 months. i didn't cut it in between and went through all the awkward phases but mostly because my main reason for growing it out was that i just didn't feel like cutting it any more. i love having my hair just the way it grows, no cut, not coloured. but that's also the first time since i was maybe 10
honestly love your hair. i'm almost at a year of growing my hair out from a pixie, but i might cut it short again (probs will); i can't stand having hair at the back of my neck. def might use your look as inspiration, esp when you had the sides shorter. i think that's the most important part of growing out your hair, 1 cutting the mullet and 2, enjoying the grow out process.

I absolutely LOVE your hair style from the time you cut it to now! I have always had long hair. Then 4 years ago I chopped it off into a frohawk. I loved it, but one day I saw a video of yours with your sides shaved and you were growing the top out long. So I've been trying to do that but my hair does not grow but at turtle speed 😩 I hate it cuz I can not get it to do anything worth looking at! I envy you and your patience! You look beautiful with or with out your hair done!! I'm at an age where I don't want to spend time doing hair. I just want to get in and out as fast as I can but it doesn't always happen for me. 💖
I think the key is to be grateful for what we have no matter what it looks like and kinda do the best we can. I think mine looks pretty terrible from time to time but there will always be someone who thinks it looks awesome so I might as well rock it haha!

Hello Katrin and a good video you’ve done there showcasing your new hairstyle as I enjoy your different hairstyles you have done and like the way you explain yourself in an articulate way albeit in a sort of comical way like when you’re turning around showing the back when in the studio and a few mishaps occur and I’ve also redone my hair about a week ago or so by means of using a men’s hair trimming kit in which I done the top with a 12mm length guide and the back and sides with a 3mm length guide and I know that when oneself does their hairstyle it can be a thing where they want to impress other people but then oneself has to think about how they feel with their hairstyle as you’ve got to feel comfortable with it thus look presentable and although I went through a phase of having long hair like yourself it can be high maintenance so that’s why I like it shorter these days in which I prefer to do it myself whilst in my pre teen to mid teens days I went to the barber then from latter teens through to latter thirties I was going to the unisex hair salons and having all sorts of things done such as blonde highlights and red tints and curly bubble perms etc then from that time I gone back to the barbers to have the normal styles though about almost a year ago I decided to do it my self as I can save money and avoid the hassle of going to a barbers plus these days I have a simple style of doing my hair so anyway that’s it for now though I’d like to congratulate you on reaching 450k subscribers and long may your numbers increase especially now that you have a smart studio set up where the background is a nice multi shade of white and the sound is easy on the ear with a nice little bit of hollow echo sound so until the next time take great care of your self and cheerio

Growing out a pixie....ive been hearing a lot of good things about castor oil. So i have bought a castor oil shampoo and conditioner. Smells wonderful! And my hair is shiny. We shall see in a month or so with hair growth. Im also still coloring my hair red. So im not expecting phenomenal results fast

I didn’t even know what I wanted haha. I just said I want it to grow and please make it look decent. She trimmed the edges off everything on top. 😊

Its amazing how expensive is to do your hair in Sweden or Denmark, and it's so easy to work with so blonde hair. I was a hairdresser there, and I was shocked with the prices.

I don’t know the brand, but it was like a dust product for texture/volume. Kinda like the Osis Dust It I showed in my latest styling video, but in a spray-container.

@@Katrinberndt I really want to dye it again but part of why I shaved it in the first place was because it was fried after years of bleaching 😂 I also haven't trimmed it at all since I last shaved it so it kinda looks like a weird mullet 😂 might be time for a trip to the salon

I'm currently in the growing out stage and my hair is almost like yours, mine might be a TAD longer, but this makes me wanna cut my hair again. But my face is round so I feel like nothing would look proper on my face😭

Nope that’s correct! But just like how people forget the pain of labor, I forget the pain in the ass of having long hair and decide to try it again. 😂 I can always just cut it short again if I change my mind. I’ve never been too bothered about my hair in general and don’t have a problem changing it. ☺️
