    Julie, I like those. So pretty. I like the leaves and petals extending to the tips of the mold. Lovely colors. I like the transparency of the background. So delicate.

    Yep, I was yelling at you. Was afraid you weren't going to see it, lol. Also, was shouting about the overflow, lmao. Silly girl! I really, really like the background. It does make the white show up so much more than just clear. Lovely, xoxoxoxoxoxo.

    The gray background I think makes them pop! You could do just enough to barely cover the back of everything you do with just a cheap resin from now on lol it makes all of the colors look amazing! I wonder what a creamish background would look like behind it, ivory enough to see the white petals through it for sure!

    Very pretty and with that backing it makes the flower stand out nicely! Those ferns were or are the best I’ve seen you do with the green grass, referring from the multiple flowers you use to do in that mold with the green grassy type. Did you notice? The blue that you pulled into your petal on the other side, before the top coat or backing, you had looked and it seemed like the blue wasn’t going to drop through the petal so you were hoping when the coasters were done that it wouldn’t be on the other side, WELL IT WASN’T! You were right it stayed on one side so no one will know you dragged your piping bag through the resin, unless they watch this video! 😂😅🤣 ❤️❤️❤️

    They are really pretty. I thought the color part looked like a gorgeous pansy before you swirled. Love pansies. The leaves turned out awesome. It seems like this new resin works really well. Would love to see one without a swirl. Maybe swirl one and one without. The smokey grey/black looks really nice. 💜🤗💜

    Julie: "It's too quiet! You guys need to start yelling!"
    Us: Halloooo! We're here, yelling as loudly as we can...and now we're hoarse! 😅
    Wow, that white bloomed *so fast*, didn't it!? I'm really liking the way this new Art Coat behaves for you. I think it's time for me to see if the warehouse in the States is carrying it, yet. Am writing this as you're making this, so I haven't seen the front, yet! Patiently waiting... listening to the wonderful birds...😄
    Oooh! Finally! I love the gorgeous blues! The smokey background really works (I wasn't sure at first), but the petals really pop! I really like seeing the leaves and I hope you put that feature in more of your floral coasters and trays! I have always liked seeing white petals on the edges...thumbs up, for sure! Really pretty results! Thank you so much for doing this video!

    These r gorgeous! I think the blobbing is just from where ya put a 4th petal or maybe the extra to make the swirl n the middle. Not that I'm any kind of expert lol

    Petra Jongbloed is doing experiments with whites at the moment, and it seems most whites will work, as long as they don't have too much paste added.

    I love when you add leaves. All of my alcohol inks are now in needle tip bottles with mixing balls added. All labeled so I know what brand they are, and I'm going to add little tags on each with swatches so I know what the color is too.

    • @funo6581
      @funo6581 2 роки тому +1

      That’s a good idea. The needle tip bottles are so much easier to work with. I have a feeling if I tried to transfer mine.. I’d end up with dye everywhere but the needle tip bottles.😅

      @@funo6581 I did make a big mess, and had to stop many times to wash up. My cuticles will be blue for a long time. Still worth it though. I had such a big mass of inks, and several different brands. I knew I had to do something to make them more accessible.

    Julie they're lovely. I'm waiting for the art coat to come in stock so I can get it in the US.
    I do have a question? Do you ever make a custom mold for anyone? Or could you advise me on how to make it? Best way to contact you?
    Thanks for all of you tutorials. Have learned so much.

      Acrylic paints are water-based, which doesn't play well with any resin. Water + Resin = Big No. HTH?
