I tested the Walensee manual weed removal tool to pull out stubborn weeds from the garden beds. The Walensee weed puller has an Amazons choice badge and I can see why, it's affordable, easy to use and gets the job done!

Looks useful - saves your knees too!
With that many weeds in one patch it would have been easier to get a shovel and just take 3 inches off the top, seems a handy tool, is it any good for the lawn?
I have a Dutch Hoe. Would rail through this in 5 minutes! I did order from Germany online. Cant rmemeber where now. Works for all surface weeds too. A super time saver.
1st !!! I got the fiskars weed puller and it’s brilliant 👍🏻
they make a difference to bending down for sure!
Me too it’s great, think the fishers one is a bit more heavy duty, leaves a massive hole in the lawn though
@@drumsonly44 yep agreed, ideal for boarders and flower beds
i use fiskars only. lawn is looking great so far. stay on it and there is fewer each year, just the ones the birds drop
@@drumsonly44 i always separate the dirt from the weed. Then stomp the plug back in!
Just a thought it would help people with back problems to aerate the lawn .
yes exactly though they have an spike aerator which would be more efficient for spike aerating but similar principal
I've gardened all my life, but now in my 60's with restricted mobility and a chronic illness, I need all the help I can get😂...so, I've just bought this tool and I am looking forward to using it. I cannot stay out of my garden, even though it's painful, it's not something that I will give up on without one heck of a fight!! Thank you for your recommendation.
Good luck with your gardening and long may it continue
Any tips to dealing with surface tree roots in a lawn? Make it a bear for lawn mowers.
I bought a similar tool and I find it great. The benefit is that it really gets into the root and you know if it worked or not very easily. Also, if you just try it on a regular piece of grass then it doesn't do any damage.
I know what you mean its a good option for removing the roots
Would this tool help get weed grasses out of the lawn?
It's most effective at removing things that form a clump as the core pulls out it will take the clump with it
That looks great and easy
Worked a treat for me clark
Pocket knife works better 👍
