Ok I have a few theories of what happened with Kissy, I’ll start with pretty much the obvious one 1. The prototype got to her and started tearing her to bits hence why she sounded like she was screaming in pain. 2. Those little micro versions of the smiling critters came out of nowhere and started swarming and going inside of her to take control same thing they did to dogday 3. That wasn’t her screaming because she hasn’t made a single loud noise at all, so I have to get this one theory off my chest. Huggy came back and attacked her and that was him screaming in rage as he was either beating her or scaring her away. Yeah I know the last one doesn’t make much sense but we don’t know for sure if he is dead or not.
Huggy Wuggy got his body crushed in-between a box and a rail, and hit his head multiple times on pipes while falling down into the depths of the factory. I will never understand why people still think he's alive.

It wouldn't be Huggy for obvious reasons and the Prototype goes after those who are either dead or dying to collect their remains and make them a part of him as Mommy Long Legs said as she was dying in chapter 2. It has to be the upcoming enemy in chapter 4 or maybe the little smiling critters that took over DogDay.

@@videos1579 I mean, it most likely isn’t Boxy because the writers don’t seem the type to use old characters twice if not for ester eggs or cameos (like Boxy in the tape “The hour of joy” or a littler version of him being part of the shrine for experiment 1006), but I highly doubt that a creature presented as sly and cunning as the Prototype doesn’t have one last card up his sleeve to throw at us now that we put out of the way his most devoted lieutenant and became the real deal, having the one in the facility with the highest chance of taking him off his throne. Poppy said that Catnap was the last obstacle before reaching the Prototype, but we must not forget that might not be facts and is just what SHE knows. Maybe the Prototype has one last lackey that he kept hidden just in these cases of emergency
If you pay close attention to the sounds like high pitched Huggy Wuggy screams. Maybe this is Kissy, maybe this is Huggy making a true return, or the Prototype. We'll have to wait and see.
Kissy just has the same scream as Huggy. They are the same type of creature, seeing as how they both look almost exactly the same except for Kissy's eyelashes and pink coloration, and Huggy's sharp teeth and blue coloration.

If you listen to Huggy's scream/jumpscare from chapter 1 and then listen to the scream heard at the end of chapter 3, it's just a slightly a higher pitch than Huggy's. Even the smaller Huggy's from the Wack a Wuggy game in chapter 2 all have similar, mostly the same scream/jumpscare sound. This means that any Huggy Wuggy type of creature will probably produce the same scream sound since they are all the same species of creature.
I have a huge theory on who attacked Kissy Missy. Hear me out but I am pretty sure it was Ollie. After we defeated Catnap we heard absolutely nothing from Ollie. Even after we moving the red smoke to the left side in the Gas production zone, which Ollie told us to do. He said nothing to us. And we know Catnap can't be Ollie considering Theodore is Catnap. So I think Ollie is actually not who we thought he was and attacked Kissy Missy. But that's just a theory, a game theory.

Poppy wants to end everything so I doubt it. The Prototype is said to be prone to violence and can take control of other experiments or did you forget the whole sequence with poor DogDay. The Prototype is the villain not Poppy
CatNap is taller and looks scarier than Boxy Boo. If Boxy Boo were to be one of the antagonists in this game, he would have to be in chapter 3 instead of CatNap, since CatNap is more sinister, has more abilities, and looks like an actual semi-final boss before you face the real mastermind AKA the prototype.

Anyone who inhales it experiences vivid nightmares and hallucinations, throwing off the victim's sense of direction and knowing what's real and what's not. Not to mention it makes CatNap look like a giant horrifying cat skeleton which could also scare the crap out of the victim.
Boxy Boo was actually the first successful Toy that the company used for their dirty work, including guarding certain top secret areas and using him to kill anyone that got too close. He was essentially a hired toy killer so it would make sense that he would be an obstacle before the Prototype. Like his personal bodyguard 😊
I'm pretty sure this has already been said in the comments, but the reason kissy stayed up is because she needed to pull the lever to take them down. Though poppy was able to start raising it, maybe it can't be made to go down from the elevator? Idk Honestly what should have happened as far as I'm concerned. The protagonist should have been the one to pull the lever then quickly run up and jumped in before the lid closed, because you know he has a invincible jump and he's pretty quick. But would that serve their plot? They've always got to end with a cliffhanger....
I don't have any proof for that but... I think the one that attacks her might be boxi... It's one of the "toys" that we didn't get to see so far and besides that we can hear some kind of "bumping?" sound while she gets attacked... That sound could be caused from the movement of boxi... I'm not going to complain how long it's going to take for Chapter 4 to come out. These devs have proven to be capable of doing great work, and each chapter so far has been better than the last. You know what happens when you put capable devs under way too tight of a deadline to make something that's supposed to be great? No Man's Sky. I don't want Poppy Playtime to end up shitty like No Man's Sky came out. In fact, I think it's entirely possible the devs are choosing a long deadline on purpose. Kind of like how Amazon tells you it estimates your package will show up in about two weeks, when in fact they know fully well it'll actually most likely get there in about five days. The idea is if your product shows up earlier than expected, the customer is very happy. If it's later than you thought for any reason, usually not so much.
I don’t really see anyone saying how Huggy could have done it, and I think that’s the case. In chapter 2, you can see a vent with blue hair and blood around it, which means Huggy probably survived the fall and crawled into the vent.
I think maybe huggy wuggy attacked kissy because when you hear a bite there is a crunch and the crunch sound is the same as huggys! And after kissy screams there is another scream but it’s not kissy. Boxy doesn't seem fit to be the last enemy to face before the big boss, the prototype. Chapter 3 with CatNap was like a big battle before the finale showdown with the prototype. If they make something as big a threat as CatNap with his red smoke and everything, and then for chapter 4 it's just gonna be Boxy Boo, then it wouldn't be too climactic.
I don't think The Prototype attacked Kissy, he collects the injury or the dead. I think The Red Mist came into the room, Kissy closed the hatch to protect us, she screamed because of the nightmares she had. The Red Mist changed Kissy Missy into a nightmare version of herself. Kissy was looking at a photo of her daughter of herself ( earlier in the game) and felt guilty ( remember she was rubbing her hand,maybe it was a sign of guilt) thats the reason why the Red Mist changed her. The second theory The Smiling Critters attacked Kissy.
But how would the red mist get into the room? Isn’t it contained in that room where we made the gas go left? Plus catnap was probably the only reason the gas was out in the first place but he’s dead now. The Smiling Critters probably didn’t do it either cuz Dogday himself said that he was the last of the critters before he got possessed. Best bet is that Prototype was the attacker but I get that he probably only collects.

I think in the next chapter, poppy will tell us to go down there alone and she will go and save kissy maybe? and we kind of like split up and we still dnt know whats down there
Yeah, I don't think there's going to be another big boss before the prototype. If anything I see it as a second monster the prototype has been crafting and sets it loose on us. But, we foil his plans by killing it, to which he says: "I've had enough of this nonsense!" and proceeds to hunt us himself.
Have one more thing the player's flashback (when you get the green power in an door of the office when leave catnap pushes you in an wall the doors get closed and catnap put the red gas)
I know lots of people are still wondering about Broncs, so I’m wondering if the next chapter is the final chapter and we’re going to come across the final three. Broncs, Boxy Boo, and then The Prototype. During that chapter, we’re probably going to kill the both of them, but The Prototype is going to be stalking us and then meet up with him/her and finish it once in for all.
I like the "Elite Guard" idea. I'm hoping we see big versions of some of the smaller toys we've seen like CandyCat and Bron but how about this.... a hive full of CatBee toys that we have to make our way through with a giant Queen CatBee at the center of it!!!
Maybe the prototype wants kissy to be on his side and thats why he attacked her to maybe somehow get her on his side and it could be that in the next chapter is against kissy missy thats my guess

No it's all Kissy. Kissy's cry is higher pitched than Huggy's because she's female. We heard Huggy's cry from his jumpscare is a lower pitch than what we hear here. If Huggy was there we would hear the exact same jumpscare cry from chapter 1 and there would be a lot more stomping and thrashing since they're both so big that they tower over us. Something else got to Kissy Missy

He was essentially a hired toy killer so it would make sense that he would be an obstacle before the Prototype. Like his personal bodyguard 😊

I'm pretty sure this has already been said in the comments, but the reason kissy stayed up is because she needed to pull the lever to take them down. Though poppy was able to start raising it, maybe it can't be made to go down from the elevator? Idk
Honestly what should have happened as far as I'm concerned. The protagonist should have been the one to pull the lever then quickly run up and jumped in before the lid closed, because you know he has a invincible jump and he's pretty quick. But would that serve their plot? They've always got to end with a cliffhanger....

It's one of the "toys" that we didn't get to see so far and besides that we can hear some kind of "bumping?" sound while she gets attacked... That sound could be caused from the movement of boxi... Tell me what you all think about this...

Or it's Kissy stomping to ward off whatever is attacking her which is why people think it's the little smiling critters. She could be stepping on them to crush them

I'm not going to complain how long it's going to take for Chapter 4 to come out. These devs have proven to be capable of doing great work, and each chapter so far has been better than the last. You know what happens when you put capable devs under way too tight of a deadline to make something that's supposed to be great? No Man's Sky. I don't want Poppy Playtime to end up shitty like No Man's Sky came out.
In fact, I think it's entirely possible the devs are choosing a long deadline on purpose. Kind of like how Amazon tells you it estimates your package will show up in about two weeks, when in fact they know fully well it'll actually most likely get there in about five days. The idea is if your product shows up earlier than expected, the customer is very happy. If it's later than you thought for any reason, usually not so much.
I don’t really see anyone saying how Huggy could have done it, and I think that’s the case. In chapter 2, you can see a vent with blue hair and blood around it, which means Huggy probably survived the fall and crawled into the vent.
I think maybe huggy wuggy attacked kissy because when you hear a bite there is a crunch and the crunch sound is the same as huggys! And after kissy screams there is another scream but it’s not kissy. What if it was Boxy?
Boxy doesn't seem fit to be the last enemy to face before the big boss, the prototype. Chapter 3 with CatNap was like a big battle before the finale showdown with the prototype. If they make something as big a threat as CatNap with his red smoke and everything, and then for chapter 4 it's just gonna be Boxy Boo, then it wouldn't be too climactic.

I don't think The Prototype attacked Kissy, he collects the injury or the dead. I think The Red Mist came into the room, Kissy closed the hatch to protect us, she screamed because of the nightmares she had. The Red Mist changed Kissy Missy into a nightmare version of herself. Kissy was looking at a photo of her daughter of herself ( earlier in the game) and felt guilty ( remember she was rubbing her hand,maybe it was a sign of guilt) thats the reason why the Red Mist changed her. The second theory The Smiling Critters attacked Kissy.
But how would the red mist get into the room? Isn’t it contained in that room where we made the gas go left? Plus catnap was probably the only reason the gas was out in the first place but he’s dead now. The Smiling Critters probably didn’t do it either cuz Dogday himself said that he was the last of the critters before he got possessed. Best bet is that Prototype was the attacker but I get that he probably only collects.

The first one is not likely but the second theory makes more sense since we hear Kissy stomping around. She could be stomping to crush them or at least try to scare them away

Yeah, I don't think there's going to be another big boss before the prototype. If anything I see it as a second monster the prototype has been crafting and sets it loose on us. But, we foil his plans by killing it, to which he says: "I've had enough of this nonsense!" and proceeds to hunt us himself.
Have one more thing the player's flashback (when you get the green power in an door of the office when leave catnap pushes you in an wall the doors get closed and catnap put the red gas)
I know lots of people are still wondering about Broncs, so I’m wondering if the next chapter is the final chapter and we’re going to come across the final three. Broncs, Boxy Boo, and then The Prototype. During that chapter, we’re probably going to kill the both of them, but The Prototype is going to be stalking us and then meet up with him/her and finish it once in for all.
I like the "Elite Guard" idea. I'm hoping we see big versions of some of the smaller toys we've seen like CandyCat and Bron but how about this.... a hive full of CatBee toys that we have to make our way through with a giant Queen CatBee at the center of it!!!

The first scream was Kissy's scream believe it or not but the scream and then bite noise was Huggy's.
No it's all Kissy. Kissy's cry is higher pitched than Huggy's because she's female. We heard Huggy's cry from his jumpscare is a lower pitch than what we hear here. If Huggy was there we would hear the exact same jumpscare cry from chapter 1 and there would be a lot more stomping and thrashing since they're both so big that they tower over us. Something else got to Kissy Missy
@@teammystic4life38 What I'm saying, is that I faintly heard another jumpscare that sounded like Huggy to me. That's why I believe (and many others that I've seen/heard) is Huggy that Kissy was fighting.
