Natasha is extremly safe, extreme range, but slow attacks, still every shot does a ton.
Tanya is in your face, she can do tons of damage, melts infantry, tanks and buildings, but needs to get extremly close/melee range, so she is risky.
Yuriko can 1v1 anything, but get easily overrun.
If you are good at Yuriko you can pin a lot of tanks in the air.

@@seaweedbanana4663 totally, this is one aspect, that they nailed unlike commandos in RA2. mainly in base game. No borris, tanya was glorified seal reskin and yuri prime was op yet wierd.

The biggest imbalance is that Yuriko doesn't have a graphic at her feet and her model is so small, that it's almost invisible.
you may think that's a bad thing but it's actually a good thing remember how hero units were invisible in generals zero hour you're not supposed to see them until it's to late on the other hand oh look it's the extremely dangerous unit that can destroy your base in a matter of seconds running alone with big sign under her feet saying I'm the most dangerous unit you gonna ever encounter am sure you will be surprised when I enter your base moving pass your army and you're defenses and you can do nothing to stop me

yuriko can 1v1 anything, but an army of troops would overwhelm her eventually. Tanya can wash out infantry and tanks in a moment, but always needs close range. Natasha can kill from afar, but takes way too long to attack

The neat thing is that Yuriko's attack won't allow any unite to attack until they are back on the ground, meaning that she can just toy with infantry units, preventing them from attacking and slowly damaging them, until they die one by one.
Yes she is pretty bad if badly microed but if you micro her well you can fight more units by constantly holding them in the air.

That's usually why I send dogs to protect Tanya whenever Yuriko or Natasha shows up to the party.

Correct, its power down or machine malfunction, Air vehicle like plane, once its engine fails its already obvious that unit gonna crash thats why yuriko can one hit kill it, she just need to disable its engine and her job done.

Natasha would be stunnlocked, but Tanya would have enough time and DPS to take down Yuriko.
If Natascha survived she would be low HP and close, so Tanya wins easy against her.
Yuriko is at her strongest when killing important units because she need only one attack and that unit is dead unless interrupted and combined with her being the tankiest commando unit, she can outlast most elite units.
Tanya is at her strongest when you need to kill outpost bases and if you can catch an opponent of guard, kill off most of their bases quickly.
Natasha is at her strongest when in the middle of a battle, due to her long range, she can snipe any infantry in a safe space, kill off some important mech units like an apocalypse tank by airstrike or with her snipe ability

I love that Natasha has Jarmen Kell’s ability, and Tanya is as infantry-shredding as always, but nothing quite beats the thrill of dropping α Sudden Transport with 4 Shinobi and Yuriko into the middle of an unsuspecting enemy’s base.

they ahve different purposes.
Natasha is great against infantry, can steal tanks and absolutely murders buildings from a safe range, but she is entirely defenseless against fliers or large numbers of vehicles.
Tanya is terrifying against most vehicles if she can reach them, melts infantry like there is no tomorrow and is the only commando with a defensive ability, but has no anti air capability, and needs to reach melee to kill vehicles or buildings, meaning she can get killed without doing anything with enough firepower
Yuriko, unlike other commandos, absolutely murders planes, but she doesn't deal well with any ground unit in large numbers: her attack disables, but needs time to kill, and she can only "juggle" a few units at once: a couple of dogs, ninjas, samurais with their special, tesla soldiers or bears can get rid of her with ease.
Yep. They all serve vastly different roles on the battlefield: Natasha is for a prolonged siege, when you entrench a defensive position then use her to slowly push forward while keeping your army out of reach, forcing the opponent to either back down or attack. Tanya is a snowball mechanic: fast attack, tanya in an ifv, out of it, into the mcv/war factory/enemy apocalypse, and down they go. Devastating damage in a short amount of time, but she needs an opportunity created. Yuriko is more support oriented herself: she can support a weaker army against a stronger one by disabling key units, but shouldn't be your primary means of dealing damage.
For me Yuriko seems pretty useless. She is defenseless against any kind of spam.
@@deaclavilis6760 Not air spam. She kills planes instantly pretty much just by looking at them. If she is here, Kirovs and Giga fortresses should stay the hell away from here, no matter how many they are, and other forms of aircraft would need absurd numbers to take her down. Other commandos on the other hand need support to deal with a single twinblade.

@@deaclavilis6760 it's absurd money-wise.. a twinblade costs 1200 ressources, yuriko costs 2000... and I bet she's able to down more than 2 before kicking the bucket :p Also, twinblades may be a bad exemple, as they are fast, have good range and an a powerful anti-infantry weapon, something that's pretty unique as far as aircraft goes. In fact, i have a hard time finding another aircraft that could cause her problems (maybe sky-wings?)

If you are good enough, you can "juggle" quite a few units and pick them off one...by...one.

On the last test, if you'd put Yuriko to attacking Natasha first, and Tanya to attacking Yuriko, Tanya would have won.

I first met yuriko on my soviet playtrough where commander kills the emperor at the end. I had 3 Kirovs per base. It didnt end well.

Is it just me or did the Soviets in RA3 get royally screwed? Tanya is one of the best commandos, cause natasha needs to wait ages for that damn bomber (and correct me if I'm wrong, but Boris didn't have to wait nearly as long). The Apocalypse tank has been nerfed by removing the missiles, there's no Tesla tank and the stingray is only available from the navalyard. All subs surface when attacking making them easy targets and lastly the bullfrog, the troop transport that can only shoot down aircraft (which doesn't matter much considering allied bombers are OP) and needs to shoot it's troops out leaving them easy targets for AA.

For Yuriko it would be awesome if that she could lift more than 1 tank, infantry unit at the time!
She can if you micro her to attack another target after youve attacked a unit, shes a pretty good juggler
you can actually juggle couple of targets. its really fun against tank. infantry is harder to juggle.
Yuriko can do that, but it needs micromanaging. Which is kinda the point, if she could do that automatically she would be badly OP.
As it stands, all of the commando units in RA3 are good. Natasha is good at taking down individual targets at range, but dies if enemy gets close to her. Tanya is opposite, she is very poor at range but can absolutely demolish everything if she gets within melee range. Yuriko can take anything 1v1 if given time to finish her attack, but dies to swarms unless micromanaged.
Micromanaging is the key for Yuriko and as for Tanya while she demolish tank the quickest she also especially vulnerable with terror drone upgrades which will.kill her when it burst
@@vainhazearden6788 IMO Micromanaging is kinda whole Empire sthick. They have lots powerful abilities, but they need constant supervision and managing to make sure they use them at the correct time and in correct way. Where as Allies and Soviets are more of "Activate and forget"

Yuriko cannot be let alone, like you can't count on her to stay alive againt infantry, she takes just too long to do anything with her pathetic range. Natasha is invisible to infantry unlike tanya that can get overwhelmed but is the slowest at attacking vehicles.

Таня пожалуй из всех героинь самый спидранистый вариант, но тем не менее она самая хрупкая из всех, быстро расправиться с зданиями и техникой, пожалуйста, только успевайте в неё залезть, Юрико же пожалуй берёт победу только своим станом поднять в воздух и больно швырнуть, поэтому в махиче и победила, но пожалуй не один из этих героев не сравнится с мощью от ульты великого Сёгуна, было бы прикольно сравнить их на выживание против этой Японской пятикомы

So Tanya has slightly less defense but she does make up for it with that time shift thing that will help her last longer
Tanya is a fast killer but need to be at close/melee range.
Natasha can kill infantry with a single shot, every target in the shot line gets hit, and has the range advantage, but need to paint tanks and buildings for a while to call a bombardment run.
Yuriko can stunlock buldings and land and sea units, juggle said units, insta-kill air units, and aoe kill every infantry around her (if not behind a peacekeeper shield or inside a building/transport). However is a slow killer so anti infantry units can beat her.
Yuriko is OP nonetheless.

Range wise, Natasha win (quite useful when she is Veteran, since her range can out range any sentry defense bulding)

Natasha Bomb plane is almost useless against tank since many target unit just get away out range or killed by other your unit before plane land, the plane is so damn slow.
Fun fact actually 4 Harbingers with their auto cannons equipped can win against Yuriko without taking loses
@@Frost-01 well the only downside of yuriko is somewhat like cooldown time from one target to next one, so against any unit if she was ganged together, then she lose, even against regular infantry, if she dont have the blast ready, she will be killed.
After taking down one foe, she also somewhat freeze and cannot move until her recharge or cooldown time is over.
If only she can like Tatsumaki that can target multiple at once 😂😂😅😅🤣
Ikr! I always use yuriko against enemy's kirov it's easier that way and much faster.
@@iluvev9660 the only good of kirov is for destroying enemy base building, unless it is modified mod, kirov is actually quite useless against any unit in combat. Just my opinion though
For buildings and units in general i still think yuriko is the best cause she scales with level . If she gets lvl 3 she can destroy buildings faster , but if natasha and or tanya get lvl 3 they will still destroy buildings in 1 shot.
Moral of the story: Tanya is an exceptional unit, but has her weaknesses. Although she prefers to work alone, send some dogs to escort her in case Yuriko shows up.
Or even is Natasha show up.

ИМХО Юрико 100% дисбаласная. Может уничтожать оборонительные сооружения не давая им стрелять, только Наташа может уничтожать некоторые с безопасного расстояния, и то не тяжелые, а только лёгкие. Может уничтожить скопление пехоты одним криком, в то время как Тане нужно время, а Наташе, чтобы пехота шла в ряд. Один на один она самый мощный спецназовец, хотя у Наташи есть шансы если её контролить, держать Юрико на расстоянии и отбегать во время перезарядки, но если японка её догонит, то всё, ппц. Технику Таня уничтожает быстрее, но для этого ей нужно добежать, и если техники много, то она может просто не успеть приблизиться, особенно ту, что с пулемётами, Юрико же может жонглировать целой группой танков не получая урона. Таня и Наташа не могут сбивать самолёты, а Юрико без подготовки сбивает любую авиацию меньше чем за секунду, то есть фактически она в соло может уничтожить армаду Кировых не получив урона, только вертолёты представляют для неё опасность, и то лишь группой, и к тому же бураны могут её только заморозить, но не могут убить. И если для русской и американки так или иначе опасность представляет любой юнит, то для японки только буран, каратель, робот-вертолет, сёдзе, скат, протонное орудие, хамелеон, ну и ещё оператор тесла и зонд подрывник. И то только в случае если этих юнитов хотя бы 2
Для баланса было бы правильнее либо дать Волковой и Тане возможность сбивать авиацию (например Наташе стрелять по самолётам, вы видели её винтовку? Это же зенитка. А Тане наводить например луч афины). Также немного увеличить Наташе обзор и дистанцию стрельбы, а Тане скорость передвижения. Увеличить Юрико урон по технике, но сделать так, чтобы она не подкидывала её в воздух на 20 метров, а просто сминала на земле со станом на 1 секунду. То есть чтобы возможность действовать у техники отключалась, но если Юрико её отпускает, то техника продолжает действовать через секунду после этого, но при этом и ломать танки Юрико должна чуть быстрее. И чтобы у блонди были шансы против азиатки дать ей возможность пользоваться поясом времени в стане, чтобы освободиться от захвата Юрики.

How did you get to play the commandos in the same team? I mean what controls did you use that made them allies in your gameplay? I think I wanna see the same thing in my game :)
If you play, don't destroy the Mecha Bay(idk what it's called in other factions, just don't destroy where the tanks are made), capture it by using engineer and choose all the necessary buildings/upgrades for the special units to be spawned.

Umm... that was in the latter half of the video, pal. Tanya took out buildings and vehicles the quickest with Natasha wiping infantry like scraps off a plate. She only had the advantage in the 1v1s thanks to literally making it impossible to be hit which is kinda cheap

@@patrickshelley09 Yes I know they are remastering the originals. Though to be honest Tiberium Wars and RA3 still look much better than most rts out there today. I just lament that we might never see the likes of those titles in quality again.

Natasha is good to snipe any type of infantry from the distance and guard certain objects from hostile infsntry and engineers, she is also good to clesr out infantry in combat going with allied armies and pin some expensive enemy units for air strike
Tanya is good to infiltrate poorly guarded bases and can deal big damage in combat with allied units if controlled well
Yuriko is good against enemy agents like tanya, natasha or enemy yuriko, she is good to kill key enemy units in combat with allied armies and also she is extremely good to kill some well armored enemy aircrafts like kirov, american heavy bombard aircraft and japanese castle thing
Best yuriko counter: just a couple of anti-infantry troops or anti-infantry tanks like sickle, mecha tengus will shred her in no time, or just get a dog/bear and stun her then eat her.
best natasha counter: almost anything works as long as you can close up the distance while she's unguarded, just don't engage with an expensive tank or you'll lose it and don't stand in the same line if engaging with troops.
best tanya counter: anti-infantry tanks or basically any hit-and-run airplanes.
Yuriko is immune to Dog and Bear special ability though. Though as a Soviet, you probably went for at least 5 to 6 Twinbladers to harass your enemies anyway so 5 twin vs Yuriko was a pretty fair trade since Yuriko just down only 1 of your copter at best before she kicks the bucket. Heck, Iron Curtain and Chronos Sphere were pretty viable as well in a clutch since they killed any non mechanical units.
