It’s crucial to teach students the fundamental “why” and “how.” Jobs are transitioning from demanding purely technical skills to embracing agility, basic analytical abilities, common sense, and a deep understanding of core principles, all of which have become pivotal in this evolving landscape. In the Future of Work, the most crucial skill will be the ability to collaborate effectively with others - the realm of soft skills.
