- Judgement. The beginning of a different kind of conversation. The Culture & Climate in our schools today is weighed down by the epidemic of Judgement, The Harbor is a video series developed by Mike Smith & Jostens that will help tackle this issue straight on.
Saw this at my middle school today no am sharing it for all my friends to watch it. You are amazing and everyone should see this!

Am African {Ghanaian🇬🇭} currently here in the US I remember my first day in high school no friends new culture whole new world to me and also attending a white dominated school was really hard.People usually made fun of me because I was African and making of my accent it demoralized me so bad I really wish no one goes through this.Life was so hard but I told my self I have to fight through this and am still doing it.#standforchange

you are so right and this video here made me feel stronger and that I want to be me and stop staying in the shadows to keep my place on the "totem poll" of society and place. you are one those few people in the world that talks real and has something to do in my life, no not just my life thousands of people's lives. You know those "school spirit" things, those are just complete ego bosters for the school (teachers) so they think that they are helping "situations" But to be honest it's not helping, it not doing anything at all to be honest. some yes do help but key word "some".

Yeah I have cut I've felt like a goast I felt alone .. And I get judged every day I have pink and blonde hair I were shirts with skoals or bands or even just plain shirts .. I never were shorts anymore . cuz at my old school I got called fat by boys and girls.. And that hurt a lot.. And my friends turned on me by one stupid mistake that I made they said they would get made fun of if they stayed friends with me .. And the school I was at before summer It wasn't really better and yeah u walked in the caffitrea and I know were u could and couldn't sit .. And the looks u would get by cheeeaders or athletic clubs was horrible when u sit down and everyone gets up and leaves you alone u feel like u dont matter anymore .. And I have bipolar disorder and I have depression also I have counsalers but I realize that I met the best people in the world real friends and they helped me threw a lot and I have problems with my family and stuff but thank u for boosting my confidence
I'm so proud of how resilient and tough you are! Way to stay strong and not give in to the critics. Getting help was the best thing and I'm sure that these experiences will also help you be there for others going through similar challenges!

'm so glad you made this, i get judged and bullied for being a furry/fursuiter. people will say that we do bad things and that we should be hunted and they act like they are killing us and we have had kids in the fandom kill themselves and people don't stop and people will spread fake rumors, and yes there are people who do weird things in the fandom but its not all of us, if you don't know what a furry is, its just a hobby and we dress up, if you want to look more into it you can do some research

Mike I saw you at Galena High and you changed my life. I am now working towards becoming a motivational speaker and that's all thanks to you. I had a pretty rough childhood but you showed me that I could be who ever I wanted to be. I was bullied a lot and my dad left me at a very young age but you taught me how to overcome those obstacles. I feel like these obstacles have made me who I am today and now I want to help people the way that you helped me. I would really love to talk to you if that's okay. I just want to know how you got to where you are and to listen to any tips that you can give me. Thank you so much for changing my life.
This video means me... ppl always divide me. I'm just a ordinary girl just like everyone. I cut myself. I always get bullied to what I wear, how I dressed, how I act, how I'm favorites to teachers... I always think I'm a ordinary girl but others think I'm out of ordinary . Thank you for being positive to this world. Everyone who dislike you, they know your right and that they don't want to believe you. It seems like every new generation gets judged by the old generations, it's been happening for centuries. But where do u think the new generation learns from, it's like watching a parent and there child fight, everything the parent was is pasted down to there child, if there stubborn or kind it is pasted done to the child, so the fight is almost meaningless because all that's going on is the same person fighting. Judging someone is just wrong.
