@@GelssPen find the voodoo demon, kill wall of flesh, unlock hardmode, get some hallowed gears and weapons, fight some bosses, get cobalt tools and probably armors as well, get mythril, adamantite or titanium, kill plantera then golem later on, farm chlorophyte gears and weapons, upgrade to shroomite or spectre armor, battle duke fishron, cultist, celestial pillars, moon lord.

@@ScrodumHat Not sure if he particularly meant the weird behavior of grappling hook not stopping when he reached destination or just the fact that it propelled him forwards but, you can release your grappling hook mid-air before you reach the target you hook into which, in some cases at early game, can make you faster.

Yeah same, I love this game but this is my main problem with it, it’s fun but you have to grind and constantly progress. So that makes it difficult for people to play for long periods of time, I mainly play this game casually, but I get more and more understanding of it so I might try and make videos like elppa, this dude is the chosen one ☝️

I swear the game is programmed to not drop items you are specifically trying to get. I've had the weirdest bad luck in with the Arkhalis, in that I _didn't_ want it (the Enchanted Sword is my favorite pre-hardmode weapon) and the damn thing dropped three times. _In a row._
Regarding that lost fire lash, he probably accidentally threw it and didn't notice. I did the same thing with the vampire knives, but luckily I was able to backtrack and find it.

Duckzilla what was the point of the word “fucking” in that sentence?
For my first ever full playthrough of terraria since mobile 1.12 something I chose to be a melee. My goal of the play through was getting the Zenith, just like them. But for some reason I got almost every weapon except any melee weapons at least 5 times. I just tanked the boss so it was really boring grinding it and I ended up cheating to get the items. It amazes me that I didn’t get a single melee drop after killing him 30+ times. I remember how annoyed I was counting all of the lunar portal staffs in my inventory. I still find it hard to believe that all those items have the same drop rate.
The buff on golem is that his fists go through walls and will enrage when you're out of the temple/Jungle

But yeah, if you abort a grapple while it’s pulling you, you keep the momentum.

"You want something, you aren't getting it. You don't need it anymore, you get 10." Classic Terraria, never got 2 Slime Staves as a Summoner after getting the Vampire Frog Staff, no of course not, that would be cruel of the game to do.
For me I dont have the issue with that I have the issue with the Influx Waver because I cant find any martian probes and the only Martian Madness event I did I didnt get the Influx Waver...

I fucking farmed for a total of 7-8 hours for Rod of Discord and it fucking dropped in front of me while I was placing telepoters on all the biomes. That fucking asshole appeared right when I decided to stop farming for it. FF.
The lesson I learned is that what you seek is what you don't get. I was fucking farming for the Spectre Staff but all I got was the other items except it. Every. Loot. Except. It.
