Needle Stick Injury Management
If you pierce or puncture your skin with a used needle, follow this first aid advice immediately:
• Encourage the wound to bleed, ideally by holding it under running water
• Wash the wound using running water and plenty of soap
• Do not scrub the wound while you're washing it
• Do not suck the wound
• Dry the wound and cover it with a waterproof plaster or dressing
You should also seek urgent medical advice as you may need treatment to reduce the risk of getting an infection:
• contact your employer's Occupational Health service if you injure yourself at work
All the Incident should be recorded in the incident reporting file .

Last part of patholophysiology which is v. V imp. that u were closed with other advertisements which we missed to learn somethg . But video is gud not lengthy , short n informative . But if u could include ABT post exposure prophylaxis treatment that could be more affordable n usefull to all , thank you 🙏🏼

Sir nurse taken a new disposal syringe
might be one dove it
Nurse were no gloves. she wrap a new disposal syringe and remove a cap
but she checked needle middle shaft to check syringe oxygen pulls and push oxygen needle shaft thats no problem
infection she told me needle shaft to check and strong to draw a blood but she hand was cleaned
i m safe now
