Wow….just….wow! Even if I had the money(and I don’t) I would never know how to even start setting something like this up. Absolutely jaw dropping tank and equipment room. I could stand in front of that tank for a month and never get tired of looking for something new.
This just inspired me to step up my tank game. Thanks for sharing your amazing tank. Makes me feel like us hobbyist can go up to any size tank seeing this video. @@A6Legit You'd be surprised at how much manufacturers don't give for "large purchases" because while the individual may be buying 3,4, or more than the average customer, that by itself isn't that much more. And they typically will not give away stuff unless you're an "influencer" (fancy terminology these days that means you have a lot of eyes on you) then you're seen as an investment as a way to show case a product, and I'm not sure if this guy has a youtube channel with hundreds of thousands of subscribers or not.

Thanks Angus. It’s been a challenge for sure. I’m blessed to be able to afford this beast. Some of the most beautiful tanks I’ve seen have been those of my friends. They have a love for the hobby and have a system that they can afford from both a time and money perspective.

Very interesting. Not sure if this comment was made, but that type of agriculture is very common with foul. Purdue , Tyson etc. setting up satellite farms that product is harvested from. Another note. I love the scale but am really yearning for a bigger tank with maybe 10-15 dominant colonies. Obviously this tank could have many more but it is sort of an eye sore with all the intermittent frags to colonies. I myself am getting rid of under performers and fast growers to really get a sense of a mature reef. Love the sump nursery. I have one myself that needs to get bigger to realize the full potential of the process. Just a sick dream tank. My wife would excommunicate me from you if you lived in Kansas City.

Beautiful tank build, this guy is living the dream built a house around his hobby with its own space to escape to. Hope you can do a follow up in a year or two love to see the growth.
That seam was the first thing I noticed, and if it were my tank, that would make me absolutely insane. I don't want to take away from an amazing tank, but I personally couldn't handle looking at that seam.
The scape in the harem is stunning (NSA) and the hems are stunning too I wish he'd add more nems too like some bubble tips and a colony of magnificent nems is cool
One thing I can with certainty? A tiny Mangrove like that makes zero difference! He's not the only one on youtube that thinks a bit of plant roots creates some kind of huge nitrate eating machine. IF..he had a sump the size of a bedroom and blasting thousands of watts on Mangroves 8' tall and lush?...he would notice something!
15 years in the hobby and still not into ‘sticks’. I’ll be talking to someone who has been in for a couple years and often times they will says “just wait, you’ll get into sticks soon”. Shrug.

I wonder how many people out there are like me and do not envy this tank at all. It is very very nice but I know how much time, energy, effort and what an expense my 75 is and there is absolutely no way I would want to maintain a tank like this unless it was my job. I’m not dissing the tank at all it is just daunting to think of the amount of money and work it would be to sustain this tank. The fish room is really nice. Only negative thing I can say about the tank is that I don’t see a pair of Boxers running around it. I love my tanks but my dogs rule the house. Lol.
What a tank.. WOW.. The color are ridic... Not a super duper fan of the clownfish tank, though im sure it looks amazing in real life.. I think im just spoilt by the memory of the BRS clownfish harem with all the nems, and similar species clownfish, making it more natural looking..
You guys really should check out Bill Wann and his 20,000 gallon tank! The dude is a genius, he engineers and builds EVERYTHING that supports his tank.
very nice tank. i love the work put into it, but as for being the biggest tank, ya gotta be real lol there are bigger privately owned tanks, heck i have 90,000 gallons at my house and i have a 4400 gallon tank and a 3000 gallon tank and a 58,000 gallon predator indoor pond :) and 2 other 1800 gallon tanks, but i do not have a saltwater tank, im all freshwater, so i am very jealous of that, i do miss the amazing things you can have in a saltwater tank, but i maintain waay to many tanks that i just had to keep it all freshwater for my giant fish :) some people think because im ohio fish rescue that its a big company, no its just me and my son and wife doing all this out of our home :) but thanks for the video, you almost got me to go back into saltwater lol

I kept telling myself that one day I’m going to own a big ass reef tank. I was blessed enough to have sold my software company and was able to pull the trigger on a tank. It's just as likely that he's an entrepreneur or an investor (but not exclusively real estate investing, that's for morons like our president). Most working people no matter how much they make wouldn't have the time to do something like this. Yes, he is delegating some things, but he's obviously very involved and knows his tank inside and out. He's obviously very smart, but doesn't quite strike me as the working type. Sorry if I offended anyone, but as an investor that's just the way I see it. Btw, good luck. I've kept gold fish and tropical for years, and have always wanted to try salt water but always back down due to the difficulty. After watching what this guy has achieved though, what excuse do I have!? Mind made up :)
How can you get corals so bright? I’m new to corals and I’m running a 24g fowlr rn :) also any tips on keeping corals would be nice, I’m having a hard time finding how to frag corals too and (this is embarrassing) if you take the new coral frag like off the little white tee or if you leave it on bc if you leave it on will it just be underneath the coral forever as it grows? Sorry! And thank you for reading :)
Stable water parameters are the key. You have to take it super slow. I didn’t add corals until the tank was set up for almost 8 months. What type of coral are you primarily getting frags of?

I designed my sump to be able to do a water change in it.
