Martec Union 1200mm Ceiling Fan

Martec Union, made somewhere in the early 80s I assume, as you can see why it's also called Union as this the design is original to that company, other brands such as GEC, Wattmaster, UEC and Mistral also use these designs for their fans as well the same time frame as the Martec.
I got this fan from Facebook Marketplace, only for $10, condition is not the best, whoever wired it wired it without an earth, one of the motor head wires had exposed live so I had to fix it up with electrical tape, regulator is not original which came with a New Fan Co. (NF) regulator, but the bearings are surprisingly still silent like brand new. Overall, still fully functional fan.
Will soon be used in the Shed when built
