Would you please provide clarification about the voting rights of the general assembly in an HOA Board meeting vs. a General meeting: The Board in my HOA conducts business meetings three times a year and a General meeting once a year. There are only 16 units in my building and a quorum is established of 20% for Board and 50% for General meetings. My question is do owners attending a Board meeting have a right to vote on a motion, or only during a General meeting?
Thank you!
