I find it funny that Zam and Kab had that big breakthrough yesterday where Kab learned that Zam needs a softer tone of voice and a softer approach when she's challenging him and questioning him and whatnot, and then as soon as she starts using it today it's like literally everybody including Zam has just completely forgotten about it, including her literally saying yesterday that she hadn't realized that before but that now that she did she was going to make a point of using that softer approach. Like, I'm not saying there wasn't manipulation there because maybe there was, especially near the end, but it's just crazy to me that the idea that that was maybe what was happening just literally never came into the conversation or into the thought processes whatsoever. To quote something that's apparently the sort of thing that Mane would now totally say: "once the mob gets out their torches everything they see becomes interpreted through the lens of the flame" - or okay his thing would probably be more like: the torches are the tree what kind of fire person would you be and would you eat its arms or legs. It's also ironic that not so long ago Zam rightly called out Kab for acting like it was his job in their friendship to support her goals and her interests, and like he was betraying her friendship if he chose his own goals and interests instead. But then as soon as she goes against his interests and his allies by killing Mapics friend after he tried to kill her friend (and of course killed her), now Zam is the one who decides that her going against his allies and his interests is a direct betrayal of him and of their friendship. It's fascinating to see the shoe move so strongly to the other foot, and to have Kab now be the one who rightly interprets Zam trying to kill Clown as not being a personal betrayal off their friendship, and Zam being the one who expects Kab to ignore her own interests and her own goals and her own twisted-but-fascinating sense of karmic morality in favor of supporting his goals and his allies. IRL Zam and IRL Kab have created SUCH fascinatingly flawed characters here, it's honestly incredible. The skill that you guys have honed at improvizing this stuff and mixing real emotions with lore is truly extraordinary more engaging than any TV show, more real than any reality show, and rivaled only by maybe Eve online in emergence. Seriously, hats off to both of you for getting me and so many people so invested in this.
The problem with lsKab and the way she speaks to lsZam is that she doesn’t actually need to speak to him in that tone, that’s simply the one she chose. Zam is emotionally mature enough to speak to normally but before her ‘breakthrough’ yesterday she was quite literally yelling and talking to him harshly while he was keeping a level tone (up until she began yelling over him). All Zam had asked was for her to be more respectful, to stop screaming, and in turn she decided that he needs to be talked to like he’s being coddled. Her tone is more reminiscent of someone talking to a puppy than another person, especially during the chat where she’s continuously trying to explain his own actions to him, trying to correct him like he doesn’t know any better and poking him for answers when he’s clearly upset. She doesn’t talk to him like she respects him because she doesn’t and she’s shown this time and time again when interacting with Zam (💯All character talk I hope nothing comes off as being directed towards ccs :,D )
@linose1164 omg yeah, I mean I don't think it's as black and white as a lot of people treat it - respect isn't a binary or singlefaceted thing, it has a lot of pieces to it and I do think that in some ways and at some angles Kab does have respect for Zam, but in so many ways, especially in terms of respecting his boundaries, it's absolutely crazy how little respect she has. That said, even though I would put that mostly on Kab, Zam isn't entirely innocent. Because yeah, he's told her a million times to go away in various situations, but he's never truly sat down with her and told her straight up that it genuinely does bother him. I can tell you from personal experience that the message that gets sent by complaining about it in the moment and the message that gets sent by truly sitting down with the person and telling them straight up that it bothers you is a completely different message. Zam finally sent her that message in this stream, but in a way where it didn't actually give her a chance to change her behavior because he ended things immediately after. If he had done it weeks ago then who knows, maybe she wouldn't have changed her behavior at all, but maybe she would have. But she never got the chance. (indeed, we're pretty much debating like who would win in a fight anime character one or anime character 2, except with personal drama and an improv troupe. No, my favorite character is less flawed here! No, MY favorite character is less flawed here! And its so friggin cool that these characters and these stories have the kind of depth and complexity to inspire these kinds of debates)
@@linose1164 what you said as right. Let’s not get in twisted tho. This may be lore but using “it’s just a character” as an excuse for being a shitty friend is not okay & im tired of her doing that. This isn’t a scripted smp they play into characters & a lot of them don’t even do “lore” they joke about it. & if you read what lore is, it’s basically just creating a story & history of an object, world, person, etc. it doesn’t mean how you act based on said lore is completely fake.
Cool fight, cryptic 4c, 4 Princezam crashouts, Mane being on some shit for the entire stream and Derpachu as the teammate we didn't know we needed but stan now - what a stream 🙏
I feel like zam’s chat is so mean to kab when they’re arguing while kab’s chat is like nooo kazam Edit: I genuinely got so angry at ls!kab during the stream i sort of understand chat now lmao
The hearts have to be manes from the day of the battle so he put them there before the mintue battle just in case he did die. I’m betting it’s not the first time he’s done that either
I really appreciate Zam not trusting chat on who to trust. Cus most chat ideas would just ruin the relationship he has, and second some of the chatters are stream snipers... But wild stream Zam blue it up
I think you are misunderstanding what 4C means by rebuilding in the wreckage. I don’t think he means that he wants you to just leave it & build around it, as to not cover it up. Instead, I think he means, to USE the new terrain & the damage done, as your new terrain. He wants you to use the damage to inspire & be part of the new builds. Exactly, like what you did with your tree. It’s like he wants you to put a bandage on the wound, instead on just doing what needs to be done in order for the wounds to heal in their entirety, or at least as much as they are capable of.
Instead of giving up what if zam joins mane and flamefrags kinda hitting the audience with You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. Like that time when Mapic and Roshambo took over spawn
The difference beetween mane and flame are they kill anyone mapicc minute hardly killed anyone in this war of spawn like i aint jking he only killed derap wemmbu and kab who were allied with flame mane
Honestly, at least Mapicc MinuteTech Manepear flame and pentar and zam aint manipulative cuz these streams mess my understanding of the server more then ever

like. she clearly has mood swings and changes of mind and it makes Zero sense because i feel like she knows better dude, she knows to just stop but she thinks putting words in someone’s mouth will fix anything
mischaracterize, but sorta? I mean they're not entirely wrong, Kab WAS manipulating ls!Zam in this stream, very key signs that she's used before, and he has a propensity for it.
@@averagegenzguy2751 have you ever watched kabs side of the story? I feel like most people just watch from Zams side, so they never know the full story.
