I love this place!! I use a wheelchair and the bathroom is PERFECT! for a wheelchair user. Kind of my fantasy apartment. I hope you enjoy it for many years!
My God that bedroom and closet is big and a stand in shower. This is exactly what I'm looking for
I saw this place on air bnb. Very nice complex. I ended up renting a spot in DT Fort Worth though. I love the industrial look too. Congrats!
Yess it’s super nice, a little rowdy with all of the Airbnb’s though! Congrats on the new place!! 🥂
Your loft looks sooooo cute!!!! I was looking for an apartment is Dallas and couldn’t find one but this is such a good find!!!
Thank you so much! Definitely check these out if you’re still in the area, it’s the Butler Brothers Building in Downtown!
@@amandafatale I actually found a place close to where I grew up and I’m in the process of making my empty apartment tour
Sooo I’m moving to deep ellum in exactly a month from today😭😍 wish I did some more research on places, I LOVE the size of yours and the big windows. I’m almost certain my best friend also lives in the same building as you(could be wrong). How’re you liking it almost a year later?
Hi! What's the music for your intro? It's very relaxing! I'd love to play it in the background while cleaning up if you happen to remember the name 💙
& beautiful place gurl ! 😍
Edit: never mind I'm so dumb the music is in the description lol but I wish you both the best & many more blessings to come 💙 can't wait to start working n saving up to get my own place. I hope it's something like this!
love of my life, thank you so much!!! i am manifesting many blessings coming your way! ❤️
Month update? I'm planning to the Deep Ellum area and am curious about your pros and cons of living downtown.
Kelsey Isla Boyer hi Kelsey! I’ve been moved in for two months and I love it so far! Unfortunately with COVID, a lot of restaurants and bars are closed right now and so are the amenities in my building but I love riding the scooters - everything is also within walking distance which is nice. My building only has valet parking which is definitely a con because it’s an additional expense every month but that’s to be expected downtown. Additionally I’ve noticed things are a bit more expensive in the city and there’s definitely a ton of people around all of the time which normally I’d love but with COVID and all, it does make it a bit scary - especially when you’re constantly running into people in the elevator or as soon as you step out of your front door in such close proximity. I live fairly close to Deep Ellum and I absolutely love it! they have tons of nice bars and restaurants and cute lil outdoor attractions - though it may be a while before a lot of them open back up again.
I am planning to relocate to Dallas from NY. This building is my first choice. I will need a tub tho.
Love the potential accessibility for someone using a wheelchair
I love the look of these apartments but the reviews online are scary. How are you liking it a year later? Do you have issues with the smell like other residents seem to have?
Are these near Harwood? We are looking for something like this!! Thanks
I’m so so so sorry for the late reply, the apartment complex is called Butler Brothers Building in Downtown, Dallas. I hope you guys found a place!
Updated apartment tour?
What’s the name of the loft ?
Hi , is this Dallas power houses?
how much do you pay in rent? your apartment is so beautiful
Thank you so much!! The base rent is $1450 but with parking, utilities & other fees - it ends up being close to $1800 every month 😫
@@amandafatale thats SUPER cheap for that beautiful of a space...im jealous:p
Did you not read the reviews on the Butler Building? That place sucks!!!!
If you're still there ask him if you can paint the brick wall
This is an okay apartment for her; but this is not my style or taste.
Where did she go? Is she OK? It’s been three years.
Wow the audio sounds so bad hehe
