The song's about life and specifically gang life in 90's Romanian ghettos in Bucharest. It won't make much sense if you don't understand the language, I guess. The thing is most of the lyrics are hard to translate due to their use of jargon and idioms but in Romanian the lyrics do sound good.
The song traduction is "after the gray blocks" and it's about romanian society, corruption, bribery, poverty and refers to the ones after blocks which has to face all this shit and they will do everything to go on. Keep on Pshow!

A more correct translation would be "behind the grey blocks", referring to all the bad things happening in the ghetto, behind the dirty grey buildings , things that are not seen and acknowledged by "polite" society.
