Not one mention of wim hof? That’s his horse dance technique he teaches as he trains people to use freezing water to heal and overcome. I’m glad she’s doing this but shouldn’t she or the narrator mention where she learned this.
Well there's all sorts of science behind it. Look into Wim Hof, he's the guru, I believe. But they have discovered the body will get rid of white adipose tissue and make more brown which is apparently great for people into leanness (? I don't really know). They used ice plunging forever for athletes post-event to reduce inflammation. Personally I love a good polar plunge...from a hot spring into the river and back to the hot spring, lol. I thought that was what we were going to see here since they were hiking. But this is just nutty. I need a sauna nearby.
That is awesome. You have to be just a little crazy to achieve cool things like this.
We should all be so fortunate to live so fully
We live in a world full of mysteries and surprises. Ivana certainly demonstrates that.

No
Great video, but odd not hearing a single mention of Wim Hof.
New therapy for anxiety/depression??! I totally get it and can totally feel that.. Thanks for sharing this 🙌 🙏
Weird coincidence, tried an ice bath for the first time this morning at home. After you get past the initial shock, it’s VERY rejuvenating
Yeah, I always wear a winter hat when I go swimming in ice cold water.
It's a good thing she's wearing that beanie...wouldn't want her to catch a chill.
No thanks, I hate being cold!
I'm with you. While I don't mind being cold for a reason, I'd not do this polar plunge intentionally.
This video never answers the question : Why?
