I'm pretty sure I just had a personal upgrade at the end of June and first of July. I actually had to ask for it to let up and give me a break. It went on for days. I always have on good frequency music, I get outside, when I can, we just had 30 days above 110😮. It didn't kill me 😂😂😂

Hi Rose, I just found you on UA-cam. In your talking about upgrades and energy does/can that impact a person to be totally exhausted for no particular reason? I'm finding I need more sleep. Generally I sleep 8 hrs but have been needing 9 and even sometimes 10 hrs a night. My overall health is good and I know the heat/weather we've had has a contributor to this issue. I've also found myself wanting to nap too? This is not my "normal". I always push through sleepiness to complete tasks, etc. Any thoughts would be most appreciated. There may be some other cycles happening in your chart that are contributing to your need to rest and have integration time
So seriously what year will things be stabilizing and normalizing again. This has been really heavy myself since at least 2018
