Amazing interview! I really wish this would be your most viewed interview for this show. That's a real dude. He puts it all out there which nobody likes to do. He's a entertaining interview. That is wild that he's still in the union and he just beat the 8th ranked fighter. If this dude gets in a only focused fighting regiment system, He could make some serious noise. I see shades of Michael Chandler popularity with him. I hope he gets the necessary sponsors to let him focus solely on fighting because his message is very important.
Man so many of us can relate Brennan. I'm so inspired. I'm finally sober now and if you can go out and put on a performance like you did this weekend, I can reach my goals and dreams as well.
So pumped to see Brennan doing so well mentally and physically. He has been one of my favorite fighters. He is hope for us who may be struggling currently. There is more than just light at the end of the tunnel if you can just make it there.
Unfortunately this is a lifelong battle, and he needs to keep fighting it. The second he thinks he's over it completely it will creep back in his life.
@@markcollard9326 your right but he's clean and healthy.. and is now 35 and knows he's not invincible.. and will need to take care of his health and can't party.. unlike when your 25 and think your indestructible.. and have plenty of time to get clean your a MMA fighter looking shredded and fit and can party and fight .. but at 35 you think my peak is coming to an end I'll be 40 soon time to change.. and he has and will hopefully stay clean as it seems like he could get clean for a fight camp have his fight get paid party time.. now at 35 he's done the night club getting wasted faze and that made his life hell and became an addict.. now he's out in the open about it is clean.. his family and friends will be there if he slips up.. the world now knows he can't touch drugs and he knows he's not a young kid anymore and you don't live forever.. so hopefully that will help him stay sober.. but I'm proud of the guy .. seems a legit honest nice person that got caught in addiction like anyone can.. especially a famous good looking MMA fighter.. where your surrounded by women drugs people that want to give you drugs pills ect for free just to be your friend.. then you need the drugs to feel ok and realise they weren't friends.. they were leeches.. now hopefully he has real friends and family around him that want what's best for him
You can’t understand the struggle unless you’ve been there. New England boy myself, hung up the same way and never thought I’d get out. 6 years clean, I would rather fight Francis right now then be dope sick for 1 minute. At least I’d be unconscious 😅
This guys a true warrior I’m also a recovering addict this man makes me wanna stay clean and get back the old me. I’m newly clean so I’m going thrue not ever feeling quite right he’s an inspiration of hope
He said he stopped for well over 1 year not immediately when he got out of prison , that means since his wining streak, hopefully he doesn't start doing drugs again when he start losing or when it's time to retired But anyway he looked great in his last fight, strong durable and his jab was were affective and powerful.
What sucks is you can see the reminiscing is bring back memories, and they're not making him sick or mad so he may be closer to relapse than he wishes to let on. You need to train your brain to despise those memories, to make you mad when you think about them. I'm speaking from experience here, it takes a long time to really get your foot out the door. I sincerely hope he stays clean, I get big inspiration from people doing the things they need to do to get clean. I will support him to the max.
Please do not think I am bagging on him, this is inspirational to see him come back and come back from this. I wish him the best, but like all my brothers and sisters in recovery I worry about them.
I'm 3 years clean from heroin and it's incredible how my life changed, I've cleared all my warrants and my business is going too do 100k this summer, I drove across the country to get the mother of my children and put her in rehab and she just left an hour later.
I know this is a long shot, but Is there a way I could reach out to BW for further advice on recovery? Would appreciate it, could use the direction, thx. #help @brennanward

Great story and sounds like a cool dude!

Bad ass!!!
6k views I’m pretty disappointed I’ve been watching him for a few years now. He’s so like-able and real…. Easily my favorite fighter in bellator.
And always gives it all and in wars.
Make a movie about his life. I would watch it.
He reminds me of Colby.
No disrespect
Love this dude, go grab that strap Brennan! Rooting for you
Real life ...
He sounds like Mike Perry
wow personal questions
Gained a new fan. The tempation is forever unfortunately . Its how we deal with it when the urge is so strong. God bless you Brennan.
