Solon on VP Sara's overnight stay, breach of House rules: Respect begets respect

Rep. Joel Chua, chair of the Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability, called on VP Sara Duterte to follow the rules of the lower chamber after she had an unauthorized overnight stay and breached security rules in the House of Representatives.
After visiting her detained chief-of-staff Zuleika Lopez, Duterte "locked" herself in the office of her brother, Davao Rep. Paolo Duterte.
