I guess it's a matter of personal preference but I sure as hell wouldn't have called her first design "Old School Traditional". That style of art can look really nice when done in black line work but for a guy like him it just doesn't really fit.

It's just a sketch/ rough idea of what it will look like. If they l8ke the idea they will draw it out properly then trace over it into the skin.
