Dear Sitara, here are a few pointers from a mother to mother. 1) Find a vet. Educate yourself on how to look after a pet. Get that cat vaccinated. Its not safe to have an astray animal as a pet. Pls pls google that on your new shiny laptop & find a vet in karachi. (A vet is an animal doctor) 2)Use hand sanitiser. Keep one in your bag. Use it and also Encourage your kids to use it before you eat outside. Don't eat with dirty hands. 3) Buy a small dining table. Eat meals together to bond. Cook & feed your kids 3 nutritious home cooked meals on time everyday. They should have eggs, meat and dairy. Fish should be given once or twice a week. 4) Buy two single beds and encourage Taiyabba and Mustafa to sleep on them in their own personal space. Its too cold to be sleeping on the tiled floor, no wonder they get ill. Also kids should be taught about privacy. They cannot share a bed forever, change ayat in a diff room & not in front of everyone. Privacy privacy privacy ! 5) Practice good hygiene. Get a few masks and wash them regularly so when you go out you have a fresh mask to wear. Don't keep on using the same unwashed dirty mask. Its more dangerous. 6) Change & wash bedsheets weekly. You have the same sheet since u moved into your new house. It has been through a lot surely. Wash it now. 8) Change kids clothes daily. Mustafa has been wearing the same bottom & top for 3 days now. Encourage hand washing, self care in your kids. Buy them bed clothes/nigh pyjamas/night dress whatever you call it so they don't sleep in the clothes they have been wearing all day. 9) school going kids should sleep on time as its imp they have 8-10 hours sleep each day. Going to bed at 1am as you normally do and then waking up at 7 for school, is so so unfair on growing kids. Also encourage Mustafa to speak properly. 10) and the most imp bit, pay attention to Tayyaba. She seems very neglected. Don't leave her home when she is poorly and ill. Feed her home made food.
I love Tayaba, she is such a beautiful and adorable child. I am so looking forward to Taybas school admission. Sitara is such a good and loving mother and all her children are beautiful and innocent just like Sitara ❤🇮🇳
