Fun rip...gotta be happy with two /25's and a /199. The Duel /25 is awesome (my favoriate from the break). From the promo materials, I think you're supposed to pull 3 numbered refractors per box...which you did. Where is the art from on these sets...is it all original art for the set or do they pull it from comics/shows? Cool Ahsoka refractor. I also like that card with DV's head and the clones and Jango lined up. The Visions inserts are very cool...do you think they are all from The Duel? The QC is a little disappointing with the centering, edges and that huge roller mark on Lando, but overall a cool looking set. At least your number cards look like they are clean.
Thanks for watching! Definitely pleased. BC's good at beating the odds with his low-numbered parallel pulls! 3 numbered parallels are guaranteed. As usual, it a few people have reported being shorted one and some folks wind up with boxes that have 4 or 5. Some of this art is from older Topps Galaxy sets and a fair amount of it is new to this release. Images mostly seem to come from comics, Galaxy magazine covers, or were created specifically for the trading cards- or at least sourced specifically for the trading cards. The "galactic visions" inserts don't specifically refer to the Visions shorts- odd choice. Some do come from "The Duel" and are noted as such on the card backs. Other images, like ones of Boba and Vader, I recognize as existing before that cartoon was released. From what I've seen, it does seem they were at least careful with the parallels. Definitely a bummer to see those QC issues, even if it's expected at this point.
I'm way more impressed with the art overall after seeing all the packs ripped, but mannnnn, coming from collecting Pokémon cards, only four cards in a pack is straight CHEEKS. Also, seeing these up close, yeah, I don't love the borders/drop shadow and how obvious they make it when a card is off-centre. Overall these cards look awesome, but like y'all said, the lack of artist credit sucks, I really dislike the lack of consistency for centering and just overall lack of quality in the printing/cutting, and I think only four cards a pack succkkkssss depending on the price for the box.
There's alot of reasons why some collectors despise this product. The high-price, "influencer hype," and bad QC among them. From what I've seen of this set, it seems they were a little more careful with the parallel cuts than they have been in the past at least- I'll know better when more is opened. I do enjoy a hefty pack, but it all comes down to price-per-card in the end. Heck, I'd prefer 30 3 card packs! BC got these for $200 at preorder and they're $220 now. At only 75 cards a box, that's almost $3.00 per card! Not cheap! On the other hand, if the market treats these anything like it has other Chrome Galaxy cards, he could easily sell the contents of this box for a fair profit- that's never our aim in The Cargo Bay though. As much as there is to dislike here, it's still a heck of a rip. The chase of pulling a low-numbered parallel of one of these rad images, including 1/1 superfractors, is hard to beat for a Star Wars card fanboy like me.
@@TheCargoBayPod i dont mind paying box price when most singles in them are worth something value-wise, but they pretty much decline after awhile on these, but the boxes themselves hold up.
Thank you for posting. This was a lot of fun to watch.
Thanks for watching! It was a fun box to rip. Glad we found some gold (orange) in there.
The orange Boba and Vader refractor ... so nice!
A lot of great cards in this set!
Very nice dual orange pull! I'm still looking for my guaranteed 1/1 Ford auto as well...
Thanks! Glad to know we aren’t alone in waiting for our 1/1 Ford auto.
Nice pulls.
Thanks! Some of the better hits we've had in The Cargo Bay for sure.
That was awesome to see some hype for Lobot! 😍
I would be down for 2 orange parallels 🥳
We love to see fellow Lobot fan in The Cargo Bay! Thanks for watching.
I think it’s better than 2021 and 2022 to be honest
Definitely alot of great images in this set, including many that weren't pulled in this box.

As a Star Wars fan, these are so 🔥🔥🔥, but man the price per box...
Box prices are definitely rough.
