- Johnny Stewart and I went scouting over the 4th of July weekend to scout a new area that I've been wanting to check out. Then, we went into an area Johnny has been hunting for years trying to locate a giant Pennsylvania big woods mountain buck that shows up on his cameras sporadically. We found a buck's bedroom and some other good sign to help us put together a game plan for the upcoming deer season.

Appreciate your videos, sort of Big Woods Bucks with an archery focus...as someone who hunts similarly up in Vermont, always good to see the northeast Woods represented accurately. Good luck to you this season. Stay well.

Johnny is great! Something about the way he explains his theories, tons of knowledge and funny at the same time.
Lots of ferns around in the video, those deer are getting plenty of vitamin C. The scouting camp guys know what I’m talking about!

For scrapes I have been having really good results with human urine. Let it sit for a week or longer till it turns amber and gets musky smelling. I spray it on the scrape and the licking branch. Got nice bucks on camera the same day coming to it and eating the urine leaves on the licking branch. Have tons of videos on mock scrapes with human urine. I am convinced they smell the testosterone and have no idea it is human. And this is on heavily pressured public land in SE PA outside of Philly. I was skeptical at first, but now I will never buy buck urine products again.
