- God has blessed His people with every spiritual blessing in Christ, including the blessing of being adopted into God’s family. We who were once strangers and enemies of God are now sons and daughters through faith in Christ.
In this message from Ephesians 1:3-14, David Platt explains the glorious reality of our adoption in Christ as well as the privilege we have of reflecting God’s love through earthly adoption. By caring for children in need, we can extend the love that we’ve received and bear witness to the One who has met our greatest need by adopting us through His Son.

I am adopted and the Lord has put many other adopted women and children beside me. I was a modern Double Income No Kids, much money addicted alchoholic postal worker who had no children, never thought to have them and no friends had any. Now I am church grandma......my heart is the streets, jails, missions and single mama with children ......i take little ones overnight even...when my heart is heavy with loss oe greif or the crumbling world .......praise with the little ones fills my heart with joy. We change the world by changing the children. I was throen out and scapegoated when i didnt fix the horrible marriage and today i am grateful because no one in my origin family is saved......ir has joy......i have been bl ssed with love, faith healing and joy!!!!! We have to fight for the babies and vulnerable til heaven. We fight with prayer, praise and showing up.

Dr. Platt is the embodiment of earthly adoption that gives glory to the adoption into the Family of God!
Amen. November is recognized as national adoption awareness month. The main focus being of children currently in foster care.
An aspect I love to meditate on, we have been adopted and grafted in.
Hear the Holy Scriptures;
" You say then that branches were broken off that I might be grafted in" Well said. Because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. "Romans 11:19-23.
And this is his promise to Israel,
" For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these who are natural branches, be grafted onto their own Olive tree. The promises of God Are sure. Romans 11:24
Thank you Jesus for adoption!!
We have been grafted in among them and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree!! 🙏
The unity that is in Christ Jesus!!
There is one, body and one Spirit, one hope, one Lord , one faith, one baptism; One God and father of all, who is above all and through all and in you all. Amen. Ephesians 4:5✝️
