Reminds me of good old days 80’s and 90’s.Lost parents and so many friends and relatives since then and so when I listen to the music of those days it brings back all those memories and moments which I know that nothing can bring back.May be we all unite one day in heaven with our friends and families

@@prajwaldabbu Well apparently R.D. Burman told Ashaji (in front of Madam Noorjehan when they met in London) that she should not have touched her songs. Her only mistake perhaps! She is an outstanding singer by any stretch of imagination, but this probably merits an exception.

Ustad ghulam ali sung this ghazal wonderfully with complex variations yet with simplicity. Ustad Ghulam ali ji paid greater attention to this masterpiece. Pankaj ji made it for Bollywood public like jagjit ji. Both are/were good light music singer, but not hard core ghazal singers like ustad mehndi ji, ghulam ali ji n pt hariharan ji.

not sure if you guys would be able to find this long playing record (The best of Pankaj and Manhar Udhas)...from Venus cassettes but i urge you to listen to that version that he sang....any superlatives would just be an understatement, Listen to these songs that were recorded in this long playing :Daard Seene Se Utha,Dil Dhadakne Sabab Yaad Aaya, Tum Aaye Zindagi Mein To Barsaat Ki Tarah, Thandi Hawa Ke Jhowke, Deewaron Se Milker Rona, P.S: Do not listen to the youtube versions of any of these (Please only from that long playing that I mentioned)..cuz the youtube versions are all crap...
