Quaranteam Kuchipudi #1 - Jathiswaram

“Spending Quarantine time effectively by getting back to basics." Stuck at 7 different places, 7 of us who grew up learning Kuchipudi under the same guru Shri. Bhagavathula Venkatarama Sharma garu at Vijayawada, our summer vacations were always about cycling in hot afternoons to dance classes and revising basics with guruji. When we connected back on a group call, the first summer memory we had was practising Jathiswaram in summer class. Cherishing those memories, recorded here a digital practice session of Athana Jathiswaram set to adi talam and athana ragam.
