This debate destroyed my agnosticism, much love brother.
How so?
I'm agnostic, I don't lack morals, I never killed or stole. My agnosticism actually comes from a perspective that I consider humble that as humans we're too small and don't have the knowledge to know if a God exists but that's just my view.
One thing I always liked about Hijab is that he never puts down people of other faiths. He's a cool guy like that.
@@phdinmemery8427 we do have the knowledge to know God exists. You have the ability to think critically, and numerous messengers and prophets came before you to tell you about God and his Oneness. If we have had messengers, theres no way you can say you have zero knowledge. You just need to do two things. Look for it and think critically. Thinking is essential here. Ponder deeply.

Update : I am atheist now, I realise now how indoctrinated I was. There's no evidence outside of religious texts and holy books for the existence of god.

The first claim Hijab is making is just wrong. With regard to the relationship between humanity and its environment (but not between humans themselves) it basically the human agency (or what is in German called Handlungsmacht) that defines the values and in this regard agency is not subjective, but one of the few things that can be considered as objective. For example a stone has basically no agency at all, since a stone is not capable of doing anything intentionally. By contrast a tree has more agency then a stone, for he can procreate and expand. However compared to many animals a tree has only little agency, and compared to human beings all of these things have only little agency. Thus the most important aspect of "having" agency is, that only agency allows to attach value, because value is deeply related to meaning, and meaning is deeply related to behavior. By treating things differently we endow those things with value.
