In that first game, I thought the lizard was a barbarian the WHOLE TIME. Was wondering why he got so scared when a rogue got close, since he statchecks that matchup by default. Him being a fighter makes so much more sense!
low hp low range low stat allocation potential so normally either low in many catergories, often melee dmg, if you build movespeed your gonna miss out on damage if you build damage ur gonna miss out on movespeed if you try to stat for both ur gonna be worth a lot of money when someone kills you, which can be done in signifigantly cheaper kits. warlock isnt broken, people sell the idea as so but if you play warlock u would find out its many downsides and counters and skill required to preform well with.
@JamesFlanagan-xz9by the class always had good ways to annoy people just like any other class. With the buffs they kinda raised up on the tier board making them very effective

Whats the difference between arena and normal? You still got pve, door camping, no loot time/have to loot (which is super lame it's 3v3 arena?). Arena needs a huge rework to ever be good, let's hope this Thursday is it.
If you don’t W key like a tard there’s plenty of time to loot. Also PvE will never go away, it’s not even the same game without PvE. Warlocks use PvE as part of their kit, so does rogue and wizard. I don't get why no one bothers to deal with the pve and then goes "oh my god the pve is fucking me so bad what is this!?" like play it like you'd normally play in a dungeon if you encountered a team in the same room; clear a couple mobs and play defensively if they push and force them to fight the pve, why is it just "rush rush rush don't think don't speak just push the enemy and take 80% of your hp to pve!!!"?
Because when you usually pvp in a raid the room will already be cleared, you either push a team or a team will push you, if either party is still clearing pve we all know who's got the upper hand. Why add that step of clearing to arena when it's supposed to be pvp?

this is just not reality lol, if one team stop to fight the pve then the other team will rush past their pve, and fight u. If both teams skip pve and fight in the middle both are at disadvantage there is no clear way on how to deal with it properly

1000% Agree, I dont understand why people seem to play Arena like its suddenly a different game, its a different gamemode but not suddenly CS:GO or something. I agree that the amount of mobs should be reduced, but no mobs would not be a good represensation of the actual base game. Maybe make it that arena randomly removed 40% of the mobs in the room. When you find yourself in a situation in the normal game where you see a team on the other side of a uncleared room NOONE would ever start rushing them, everyone always slow clears while looking out for the enemies and maybe poking them with range.
So depressing. IronMace could've cooked with arena. Probably the laziest implementation they could've gone with. I am a massive dungeon crawler fan and this game could be AMAZING BUT IRONMACE IS FUCKING COOKED

Bruh, the map in the middle of the video was the center room in Crypts. There's literally NO way to walk into that room without pulling a miniboss; both if you're lucky.

I agree the module is very dense and it’s hard not to pull anything immediately but that doesn’t mean it’s just impossible to work with. I’ve had arena matches where there was enough time to pull from the gold pile. High risk high reward right?
I love how PvE makes a way bigger difference in a PvP mode than in normal modes

3 limb shots is what it looks like to me and since its a warlock they'll have pre good magic resist.

They spent 20 minutes making arena so they copy pasted the rooms from existing maps and didn't have time to cut out PvE

PvE should exist, but at a minimum. Remove sub bosses, keep a 1/3 of mobs in a module and we have a fun arena experience.
