Thank Yes so much for making this fabulous video of your hike. I’m no you have put a lot of effort into it and I just want you to know how much I and many other people are enjoying watching it and appreciating you for the effort. Great job hiking and keeping your spirit up. Continue on.
Ya know,, everytime you say something was hard, or cold, or there's bugs, we video watchers can't appreciate that part of the hike because we are sitting at home doing nothing. But those views are so amazing. Loving your adventure. Can't wait to see what's next.
You’re doing great! I hiked the JMT last summer and Selden pass out of MTR kicked my butt. Then at the top a lightning storm started so we had to book down quickly it wound up hailing then raining on us all the way to camp.
It’s interesting to see your highs and lows. Hard to keep the same energy everyday I imagine but your keeping a good frame of mind. Really good stuff. Thank you for sharing this.
Loving your journey. Welcome to the Sierra rock staircases. I live a little west of Yosemite and that’s the norm in our wilderness areas in many places. I can’t be sure and should investigate, but I believe the staircases are to help pack animals on the trail. I find them more difficult than trails w/o. Especially when many are over a foot high per step.
All the memories you brought back to me through my many hikes of the JMT. But you’re doing the trail the difficult direction. Nobo goes up steep and down gently. Sobo just the opposite. Your video is beautiful.
I’m jumping ahead to recommend two books....” Eveything that Remains ....a Memoir “ by the Minimalists....and “You Can Buy Happiness and its Cheap” by Tammy Stroebel....in your 4th episode your reflecting on yalls life brought these two recent books I’ve read recently.
so beautiful.. amazing how low the snow is so early, but glad it makes it possible to hike. crossed the pct at 58 on monday, was thinking of all you hikers out there// hope everything goes well and thanks for taking us with you
From bishop to mammoth are a lot of passes. It’s not ski country for nothing. But gorgeous. Glad you got some Eric schats food in bishop. That store is an experience. I never miss a chance to go when I’m up there. Thanks for posting your adventures. It can get pretty buggy up there around June. Good practice for Oregon where most of the state is buggy from all the rain and lakes and streams the PCT follows
Love seeing y’all crush it out there! We’ve spent so much time in Mammoth and love it. If you want great coffee, black velvet espresso. Amazing tacos at Salsas and pretty great beer at Distant brewing!
Soak it in while you are in the Sierras. Won't be long before you are out and they are a bump on the horizon. Just my opinion but nothing compares! Keep on stepping.
I am LOVING your videos!! I love your positivity--you always seem to see the positive side--even on tough days. That's nice to hear. You tell a good story (narration). Looking forward to following you the rest of the way! I don't know if I can make it happen--BUT--if you need some help at Echo Lakes getting to South Shore, or (closer to me) up at Donner Pass Road (or I-80 rest stop) if you want to get to Truckee--contact me. If I can work it out, I will. I'd love to meet you guys.
Thanks for sharing your "holy" day, sorry about that. Can you seal it? You mentioned resupply. Do you send yourself boxes or just what the trail offers? Great video's 👍
Was able to patch most of it. We ran out of repair tape for the tent material and have some more on the way soon. Mostly have been just resupply in town on whatever the trail provides for us. Some resupplies are much better than others. Thanks for the support!

Keep on Truckin!
More passes than brady😅 keep it up💪🏻
Very nice, well done sir👍
Another beautiful video. The low snowpack is not a great omen for the reservoirs and cities below.
Lovely video! Nice job editing! How do know where the trail is?

Possibly something pointed inside your pack is poking holes?
Wow looks rough.
Which app do you use to edit your footage?
you're gonna be weaving smudge sticks into your dreads soon to thwart the skeeters aren't you

Great job team!! Are you on Instagram too? What name? I can get a double dose of you guys that way! 😉😄
